Food was nothing special you can get a burger and fries like this anywhere but with better flavor. Their shack sauce taste like nothing. There is no flavor. This place is way overhyped for what? I’m not sure and overpriced they couldn’t even get a burger well done correct. Looked very raw and inedible. Very plain and lacks flavor. Kiosk was easy to order from atmosphere was okay. IN N OUT ALL THE WAY!

I stopped by the Shake Shack on La Cienega and honestly had a great experience, I went with the classic ShackBurger, its always super juicy and tasty, for sure one of the better burgers vs the other burger places, fries came out hot and crispy and tasting fresh, even though the place was busy, the line did move fast, staff was chill and friendly. I noticed the whole spot felt clean and easy to hang out in for a bit. I’ll definitely swing back next time I’m in the area and craving a good burger.

Very mid meal, at an over elevated price. Ordered the Avocado Bacon chicken sandwich. Sadly, the flavor was seriously lacking. My teen ordered the six piece chicken bites, and once again, they fell short. On the bright side, the fries were hot and pretty good.

Griddled patties with real beef funk, lettuce crisp, buns toasted just shy of sweet; ShackSauce keeps it tidy. Crinkle fries go crisp if you eat fast; cheese sauce helps. Concrete spins dense and cold. Patio catches golden hour and friendly dogs. Staff move quick, music a bit loud. Parking is thin, but the line flow ok.

This is by far the worst shake shack I have ever been to. I don’t like any of them, but sometimes I am with someone who wants a burger from there, but this one no one wants. I have been there before, knew it was a mistake, but I did not think it would mostly go in the trash.
This is a place where you order at the counter. They have eat in, take away and delivery.
The inside is sort of cute. It is not kept clean at all. Every time I have been stuck here I have had to clean and bus my own table. There are a lot of employees so what they all are doing is beyond me.
The person that took my order was nice. I told him I wanted my burger rare. Some of them have done that, some not. So, I asked to make sure and he said it was not a problem. We also ordered drinks and fries.
My burger and not only well done, it was burnt. I had to get up and take it back. I handed it to the most obnoxious employee I have come across in some time. As I was telling her the problem, she was tossing it behind her back into the trash (basketball practice maybe). She then said we only make them well done. I told her she just tossed it and now I have to wait for another one, can you at least no burn it. She was so so rude. When it came back it was burnt to a crisp. In the trash it went.
My grandson was to have a burger without cheese, as they only have awful American cheese, it came with cheese. He walked his back and another punt into the trash by this horrible woman. It came back with a new bun, with cheese still on the burnt burger. Back again, and this time they remade it and it was so gross, I tossed that in the trash.
We ordered lemonade that tasted like water.
Their fries are frozen and taste just like something from the frozen section in the discount aisle of a market.
We got up and left.
Never again. Dirty, bad service and gross food.

This was my second attempt at shake shack and this is 5x better then the first time I tried shake shack. I still feel that the cheese burgers could use some work. Some of the pairings did not match up. For example I ordered the smoke shack burger, which comes with chopped cherry tomatoes. The problem is the cherry tomatoes taste pickled. Lucky for me I also ordered the core menu item like the shack burger which is solid. Basic but solid. The milk shake here is pretty good. I got chocolate and it is very very chocolatey. Customer service here was good. Employees look happy and it reflects.

I finally tried Shake Shack today, and I was impressed! The burger was well-seasoned and juicy, making for a satisfying meal. I won’t compare it to In-N-Out because I genuinely enjoyed it on its own. One thing I’d prefer is a toasted bun but that’s just my preference. Overall, it was a great experience. I’ll definitely be back if I am in the area

First time here and was very satisfied with the food. A bit on the expensive side for me but the food was good. We had two burgers and a beer which came to a total of $52.00. No side orders and no tip because you order your own food at the kiosk so I thought it was a bit expensive. Burgers are small but carry a big punch in flavor

I am not sure the burger lived up to my expectations considering all the hype. The size is smaller than what I expected. Soft buns and the patty flavoursome, a bit on the salty side. Parking was a little tricky, even past the peak dinner time. They have some cool merchandise for sale. Overall, a pretty cool experience.
