Heard a lot about shake shack, Ordered first time and It was a carry out but not impressed. Food is decent, but and the packaging could have been better as the food got cold by time we got home. The price seems to be more for the quantity.

Burgers and fries were good. Onion rings weren’t great. Oreo funnel cake shake was fine. Banana cream pie shake tasted strongly of artificial banana. Too strong. Overall food was just overpriced for what it was. Everything a la cart. Double cheeseburger, fries and drink is easily $20.

We thought we’d give Shake Shack a try and honestly not impressed at all. Actually very disappointed and upset for spending a stupid amount of money for a bad burger. My wife’s burger was undercooked which is not really a big deal, but the amount of grease dripping from that thing was enough to fill a ketchup cup. Mine was not better. The fries were not fresh and lukewarm at best. Definitely do not recommend as it’s just an okay burger at a high price.

For a fast food joint this is as great as it gets! Food comes out quick. Your order at a kiosk. Everything is kept really clean. I’m really impressed. This place has been around for a long time and I’ve yet to try it until now. They have burgers, vegan and vegetarian options, boba shakes, all sorts of drinks. They even have alcoholic drinks. The milkshakes are amazing. They have hot dogs, chicken, etc

I’ve never had Shake Shack before but my husband has in Philadelphia and has talked about it over the last few years. I don’t have to worry about him talking about it anymore. This was one of the soggiest burgers I’ve ever ordered. Nothing about it was appealing. The smell…ugh. They also did not get my order correct. Positive note, I don’t care for crinkle fries, but theirs are pretty good. I’m scared to try the milkshake after this disappointment. We just paid $23 for this slop. I even tried to dry it all off and absorb all the liquid with a paper towel. I never write reviews so this was quite the stomach turning food I’ve seen in a long time!

This location seems destined to fail just as Wendy’s did at this same spot. I have never once ordered my burger patty well done here, yet it is always served that way. Today was the final straw. The lettuce on my burger was half rotten, and the burger bun looked more like it had been half eaten on the way to my table. It’s clear that customers are not valued at this location. Either the staff needs proper training to be more customer-focused and attentive, or this Shake Shack will not last long.

Probably the most beautiful Shake Shack location I’ve ever been to. New and beautifully designed with high ceilings and spacious dining area. Self serve counter to order and they bring your order to the table. Food came fairly quickly and was delicious. We had the new truffle burgers with truffle fries, cherry blossom shake and nuggets for our kid. It’s on the pricier side and smaller portions, but good!

I was so incredibly excited to finally try Shake Shack and was happy that a location was opening locally. I was quickly disappointed! The customer service was average. If we asked a question, it wasn’t answered. Now, I understand it was busy, but I’m sure with the marketing they were expecting it. The simple manners like “please” and “thank you” were missing. You can get this treatment at other fast food restaurants and pay less. The food is also average and not at all what we were expecting. I got the bacon cheeseburger. I was not aware that it didn’t come with condiments on it and no one tells you either. I had to wait until I got home to eat so I could put some ketchup on my burger. The fries are not good (I didn’t finish mine) and I wouldn’t recommend wasting your money on them. We won’t be going back again.

Delicious burger! Great service. Bit pricey. BDC with fries and drink and a cheeseburger fries and shake was almost $50

One of my favorite Shake Shack locations in the area! The burgers are absolutely incredible – fresh, juicy, and packed with flavor. On top of that, it’s one of the cleanest branches I’ve ever been to. Super friendly and attentive staff – you really feel welcome. Highly recommended!
