Had Shake Shack for 1st time. It was alright overall. The size of the portions are small for the price. Not sure if this is standard practice but we had to order on a kiosk unless we were paying cash? The cleanliness of restuarant great. The Manager was great, very friendly and attentive. I liked that they offer complimentary cups of water at the condiment station. We had 3 single patty Shack Burgers, 1 Cheeseburger and Spice Fries. The sizes of the burgers were like kid burgers or like the size of McD’s cheeseburger but fresh veggies on them. Not worth the $8 price tag. The fries weren’t worth the price either. Overall it was good but nothing special for me.

We ordered door dash and my wife’s burger had a piece of hair in it. Luckily she saw it right away before taking a bite. Hopefully this has not happened to anyone else 01/10/2026.

Great location! Always order ahead on the Shake Shack app. Food is made to order and the wait time can get long. Our burger, fries, and chocolate pudding shake were as expected, ridiculously good.

Had a good experience overall, nothing outstanding. We didnt speak to a single staff member. Ordering on the machine was simple and easy enough. The food was served in a good time between 10-14 mins from ordering. The food itsself was tasty but i feel that you should offer meals or a combo deal, the fries being a side at a additional charge put us off ordering more. The hot dog itself was good but a bit privey for what it was. The 2 shakes we ordered we amazing and worth the price we paid. Atmosphere was good and the shack was clean and tidy.

Came here for my birthday and left disappointed!!! Waited over 30 minutes for “fast food” once it arrived to our table it was cold! My burger was raw even though i ordered well done! manager was extremely rude and dismissive! Yelling at customers! Will not be returning to this location! Learn customer service!!!!

Gave this review a 4 star only because it is a bit pricey for a burger joint. The burgers were 5 stars. The lady that brought out our food wasn’t very friendly (maybe having a bad day idk) but the food was fantastic. Loved the spicy cheese fries and the avocado bacon double stack. Will definitely try out this franchise in my hometown. Hopefully it will not be so expensive. About $70 for four burgers & fries.

I loved the new Korean inspired flavors in the burgers and chicken bites. I am so excited for their next round of special flavors and limited to like offers! This location is so clean and friendly staff. Plenty of parking too and great after a long day at the parks.

Food was ok . Patty was extremely small like a kids burger ? Dined inside here at 3:30 in the afternoon and the place was empty and we ordered 2 orders at the exact same time. One order took so long to come out that part of our crew was done eating before the others arrived. I had to ask where the order was , manager said “ sorry we are busy “ mind you we ordered and nobody was in there . There were about 6 employees in back. Nobody was friendly not one including the manager. No smiles , no hi , no interaction at all. Poor management and customer service. We have been to many joints here as we are locals and we were very disappointed. No excuse for this . Also there are no chairs for little ones . Very hard to feed a little one with no seats and only lap ? We would not recommend and won’t be back. Spend your money elsewhere!

Dirty, slower then a snail , over 20 minutes for a order at 3pm. Finally went up and asked for my food( table service ) Told will bring it to you. Another employee says it right here, ice cream float was completely melted. Overpriced. Worst and most exspensive fast food type restaurant I have ever encountered. Never again, already told friends and relatives don’t waste your money!!!
