Order took 26 minutes for take away! And not only that when we got the food it looked like the photo attached. Truly shocking. One of the staff members was holding the bin with her black gloves on… moved it and then proceeded to pack food with the same gloves. I have not been this shocked about a fast food place in a long long time.

All employees are nice and very attentive to customers. Very pricy compared to other local establishments. I Found the burger to be very greasy. Other than that it’s a very clean restaurant with tons of parking and nice bistro tables outside to enjoy the weather when it’s nice out.

Ordered the Chicken Shack Lettuce Wrap, and it was bangin’! Yes, it was a bit messy, but totally worth it. Definitely a to-go item, lol. My husband got the double Shack Burger, cooked well done, and enjoyed that as well. For those concerned about greasiness, having the burgers well done definitely helps.
The staff was super friendly and acknowledged customers as soon as they walked in. I’m so glad we have a Shake Shack in town/10.

I’ve been ordering a lot since they’ve opened, and the food and drinks etc I received are always good, and the staff inside is always kind. Shake Shack is yummy and so is this new location. Little smaller of a location and can be busy but nothing crazy

My new favorite spot. I can’t eat McDonald’s or Wendy’s anymore, their burgers don’t compare. I don’t mind paying more for better food 🙂

Leaving these place gives me an awful feeling. The Burguer was fine, but small portion in everything. The Burguer was falling apart, flavor is not the same. I have a feeling that shake shack doesn’t care if it’s good anymore. Only the money.
