First time eating. I just wanted to give it a try. I got just a regular cheeseburger, no fries, I do know that they are crinkle cut fries. The burger was actually good. The patties are liked it that way. The bread was nice and soft, just the right amount of toppings and sauce. They do get super busy, and they don’t have a lot of seating inside, but they do have outdoor seating. They also serve milkshakes and fountain drinks, and I believe they have sweet tea and unsweetened tea. I say give them a try if you are into burgers or just trying new places.

West is literally the sweetest person I’ve ever met in a restaurant! All around she did amazing! I don’t play about my food, reviews & customer service! This shake shack is in a strange place. I don’t like the ordering system especially since you can’t pay cash. You have to go to the cashier to order with cash. It would be great if like places like McDonald’s you can select pay with cash go up to the cash register and just pay.

First time try shake shack. Great food. The burger is very juicy and the fries are good too. The seating is a little crowded, but location is pretty convenient. The service is not good. They told the cash register is not available so I must use self ordering terminal, which is totally fine, but the self ordering terminal would ask me for a tip. Not sure what the tip is for. Finally, i got the food to go, but they call out the wrong name, so i didn’t realize it was me. Overall, the food is good but the service is not satisfactory.

I have been here twice in the past week. The burgers are always perfectly cooked and taste amazing. The fries are crispy and are good plain or with the cheese. I also love the milkshakes! I’ve had friendly service both times I’ve been there.
