The Dubai Shake is straight-up wild — creamy, chocolatey, and so over-the-top delicious that you’ll understand why they only make 50 a day. (Pro tip: push the cup in to crunch the chocolate. Thank me later.)
As for the burgers: hands down the best in the country. Sorry 5 Guys, but Shake Shack’s Angus smash patties win. Crispy edges, juicy centers, not a hint of dryness — this is how burgers should be.
The sides? Crinkle fries are fine on their own, but dip them in the cheese cup and suddenly you’re in fry heaven.
Even the Diet Coke here tastes better. I don’t know what wizardry they’re pulling behind the soda fountain, but somehow it’s less “diet” and more actual Coke. Combine that with the burgers and shakes, and you’re walking out full, happy, and already planning your next visit

I visited Shake Shack tonight for dinner and ordered their limited edition Black Truffle Shack Stack burger but as a lettuce wrap, without the bun, along with a side of crinkle fries and their Berry Cherry Pomegranate Lemonade as a drink. Their lettuce wrap burger was delicious and their mixed lemonade was refreshing and amazing as well with a great pairing of flavours. The fries were crispy and fresh, sprinkled with just the right amount of salt. Overall, a very great experience for what may very well be a slightly higher end ‘fast food’ experience. Service was really great and friendly, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was modern and clean. Thank you!

I had a burger, frys, and the new Dubai shake, which was one of the best shakes I’ve ever had.

I have been here twice in the past week. The burgers are always perfectly cooked and taste amazing. The fries are crispy and are good plain or with the cheese. I also love the milkshakes! I’ve had friendly service both times I’ve been there.

Atmosphere is not really a thing at this location since it’s attached to the mall, but overall service was great! An employee even came out before our order was submitted to check on us! Great food and shakes, as always!

I had placed an order through mobile app and it was ready for pick up in 10 mins. As soon as I reached, the guy handed us our order. Everything from the burger to fries, tasted perfect. I had the shroom burger and my husband had the chick n shack burger with sauces on the side. The crunch to the burger was just the right amount, it wasn’t too greasy. Only thing if they can improve is the size of the bun which is bit bigger than the patty. Overall – 10/10 experience. I would love to stop by again sometime in the future.

I heard good things about this place and I wanted to see what the hype was about. Placed my order online 45 minutes ahead of time & indicated I would pick-up my food 15 minutes before closing. I even took the toll road to ensure I got there with enough time to spare in case I got lost (which I did!). Getting to the location was a hassle in itself as the gps confirmed we arrived but there was no indication of a visible sign. Went in circles 2-3 times and decided to park in the garage and walk inside the mall hoping for a miracle.
Upon entering, there was a sign with an arrow that said Shake Shack so I thought it would be right around the corner. Wrong! After walking around clueless and lost I decided to go up the escalator and again no signs in sight that indicated which way to go. There was a sign that led to the food court and I figured I would have luck finding it when going upstairs but again – nothing! I called Shake Shack FIVE times before I could get a hold of someone to help me find the place. Finally after getting someone on the phone she let me know how to get there and I literally arrived 5 minutes after the time I indicated I would be there (9:15).
I ordered 2 burgers, 2 sodas, 1 lemonade, chicken bites, and 2 fries just to try a little bit of everything. My son and I figured we would eat in the car but decided to eat downstairs where they had open tables and chairs. The food looked good at a quick glance, but it’s not until we actually started eating where it all went downhill. $40+ later and a stomach ache we ended up throwing away the majority of our food. The chicken bites had a peculiar taste, the burgers were stuck to the paper wrapper and on top of that the fries weren’t even hot. The only thing I enjoyed was my soda, and the lemonade which was actually delicious. Aside from that, it was a total disappointment and don’t plan on returning.
P.S. I would recommend investing in better quality beverage holders because the flimsy paper like cardboard box sucks.
