It was pretty much self service, I stood at the counter for a full five mins with out any body saying anything, so I went and punch my order at a computer screen, then wait for my food, seemed like a long wait but I did order a lot, the double cheeseburger was good, the crispy onions and the shack sauce were nothing special, the sauce just tasted like mayo, I was not a fan of the cheesy fries, so the cheesy dog wasn’t to my liking either, the onion ring batter was nothing special, although the rings were cooked perfectly, I also was not a fan of the Korean sauce, the chocolate pudding shake was good hard to finish cause it was very sweet. It was a bit of a drive for me, and I had high hopes cause of a tic tok review I saw, but sadly it did not meet my expectations. the burger it self was better than I would expect from a fast food burger. If I liked the sauce I would make the 35 min drive for the burger. I also ordered 2 cheese burgers plain for my dogs, there was no option for no sauce but you could order it on the side neither of my dogs had any complaints, and the order was all bagged correctly.

Just before the holiday break, Shake Shack in Salem, New Hampshire, generously donated burgers to the staff of Marsh Grammar School. The response from our team was overwhelming—everyone raved about the delicious food and the thoughtful gesture!
We want to extend our sincerest thanks to Shake Shack for their kindness and generosity. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and made sure our teachers and staff headed into vacation with full stomachs and big smiles.
We’re also thrilled to continue partnering with Shake Shack for our annual Kickback Nights. They are a true asset to our community, and we are so grateful for their support.

We were travelling back from Boston to Montreal and stopped to have our first Shake shack experience.
Service was exceptional, there was a young man (unfortunately I didn’t ask his name) who noticed that it was our first time and made sure we had a great experience, the food was delicious.
Had their new French onion soup burger with two patties, amazing.
Definitely recommend this spot.

We have had burgers at every chain and restaurant you can name and Shake Shacks burger is better every single time. Do not care for krinkle fries but that burger is worth skipping fries. The bacon avocado is my favorite and my husband loves the one with the portobello mushroom stuffed with cheese. He gets double patty and it’s massive. So happy to have location on east coast finally.

I am pleasantly surprised how fast they prepared everyone’s orders. It was packed no empty seats and at least 20 people waiting for their takeout orders including me. They just opened a few days ago. It goes to show how organized they are. I placed my order and was called pretty fast maybe within 5min. The fries were perfectly salted and crispy. I love their fries. The burgers are always delicious. I decided to try the new hot chicken sandwich it was really good I love the Cole slaw. All in all very pleased. Keep up the great work!

This Shake Shack was great, the order was perfect and food tasted great. Ordered online and picked up in store ready exactly when it was supposed to be and staff was very pleasant handing me my food. The only negative I could say is parking is tight near the restaurant.
