Expensive for what you get! The burgers are small. We did the BOGO Korean inspired menu. For the gochujang chicken sandwich, the chicken was good but it wasn’t spicy, and the “kimchi” on it was more like just cabbage. For the burger, it was good and I did like the onions and scallions on it, but the patty was very thin, similar to a smash burger. The fries were decent and came with a kind of peanut-hoisin sauce. The chicken bites were tasty and saucy. We also tried the spicy caramel shake just to see. It was very interesting with an underlying flavor thats more “spice” over “spicy”. But I wouldn’t recommend it.

The $22 Shake Shack lunch.
French onion soup burger. Burger is okay. Even looked a little like the advertisement.

Fries. Unremarkable and uneaten. Grocery store freezer section fries.

Manager saw that fries were uneaten and we discussed the meal. He kindly offered to make me a Shack Burger and onion rings to go. This was a really nice gesture. Thanks to management for this kind offer to “make my visit better”.

I live pretty far out of town, so when I saw this newer location I dropped in to try their Dubai Pistachio shakes. Sadly, it was only available for a limited time, and it was discounted yesterday.
I was bummed out since we missed out…but they were so sweet and without hesitation, James went out of his way. He went on to check to see if there were any avaliable ingredients to make a couple for me and my family! Best location and absolutely amazing staff! Never disappointed when we visit this location. Totally worth it. Thanks so much for the Shakes! They were amazing. Hope they bring them back again soon.

Phillip made some amazing shakes! The tiramisu and k-shack shake were really unique and good. All the burgers were also amazing! My whole family of five got burgers, fries, onion rings, and shakes. We had absolutely no complaints about the food, atmosphere or service

This was my first experience with a SS. I was somewhat impressed. The parking lot was small, but we were able to find a spot since we went fairly early. There was adequate seating with booth tables and outdoor options. We were immediately guided to the order kiosk even though no one was in line. That is the only thing that ruffled my feathers. I understand using an order screen station when the place is busy, but I think a new establishment as this one should have been a little more helpful and accommodating. It’s a turn off for me and makes the atmosphere as if they are too busy to assist with customer service. BUT, don’t forget that tip they want so badly. If I am placing my own order, picking up my own food, busing my own table, why am I tipping you?? I am a good tipper, but only when a tip is deserved.
Anyway, on to the good. The burger was fresh. The bun was soft and the topping were good. I would prefer shredded lettuce instead of leaf lettuce. It’s a small burger. Do not arrive expecting a Whataburger or Fudds burger. The fries were good, especially for what I consider frozen fries. The restaurant was clean. I did not like the mango lemonade. It was very light on the sweet.
The large drinks are $4.99 with free refills. I though the drink price was way too expensive. My whole meal with burger, fries, and a drink was $17.29.
I will probably go again, but it is not on the top of my list.

I ordered a Big Shack and only received half of what I paid for. I contacted Shake Shack’s customer service, and the only solution they offered was a coupon, basically asking me to spend more money with them to fix their mistake.

I honestly don’t understand how people keep eating here. In my case, it was the only nearby option, but after this experience, which feels like being ripped off, I’d rather skip a meal than give my money to a place that treats customers this way.

First time to a Shake Shack, got the french onion soup burger, garlic parmesan fries and s’mores shake. Food was good, but not anything noteworthy. Restaurant was nice and clean inside.

West Houston needed another good burger restaurant. This one was pretty anticipated and didn’t disappoint. A full house on Grand Opening day, the staff was very friendly/helpful, my food arrived hot and fast and the place was very clean. 5 star burger joint

Pictured is the Avocado Burger and cheese fries. Will be back again thank you

Worst “Dubai Chocolate” flavor ever advertised. Do not buy Shake Shack Dubai chocolate milkshake. As you can see in the picture, the chocolate is so thin it doesnt even crack. You cant even enjoy it with your milkshake. Biggest waste of money and expectations i’ve ever experienced.

TL;DR: Ordered take out and I came home to see that someone took a bite out of my burger.

I usually come here once every few weeks. Experience and food have been good. Pretty average and standard across all Shake Shack. Today, I ordered a Smokeshack burger to-go on the app on my way home. I picked up the burger, came home, unwrapped the burger only to find that someone already took a bite out of it. I couldn’t believe it. I examined the burger closely to make sure it wasn’t just a weird shape that was missing. Nope. It was missing an almost perfectly round portion of the burger with little indention for the teeth marks.

I called the store and asked for a refund. I received the refund but to add insult to injury, the manager was skeptical and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. She mentioned that it’s an open space and people can watch the burgers being made. That would be great had I ordered at the restaurant.

Long story short; I’m not coming here again. I’m generally a fan of Shake Shack but to come home with a half eaten burger that I paid for and for the store manager calling me a liar left a bad taste in my mouth.

If you do eat here, make sure the burger you received didn’t have one of the employees take a bite out of it or even spit in your food.
