The burgers were good and the fries are some of the best fries I’ve ever had in my life . You order from a kiosk and grab a number to be called when your food is ready. That Pomegranate and lemonade with basil is delicious also. More pricey than most burgers joints but still satisfied none the less

Shake Shack offers good food, a hair above mediocre. They are definitely better (fresher) than McD’s or BK, but I don’t think it’s a good value for the price. There’s 2 vegetarian meal options on the menu. The food does NOT arrive fast. Theres not enough seating accommodations. It’s very very cold in the eating area. I did not see a server clean any table while I was there. The tablet used to place orders asked if we wanted give a tip…. for what? It’s a self-serve spot. No one is taking our order or cleaning the tables. They bring the food to your table, but that is it.
We ordered the a milkshake, bacon avocado burger, veggie burger, fries, and onion rings. Yes, the fries are separate. The fries were my least favorite part of the meal, bc they tasted like they came frozen in a bag from a discount grocery store. The best part was the chocolate milkshake. It was so so so many calories, but it tasted great. I will likely not return bc it’s not quick, the atmosphere is loud, cold, and dirty, and the food is overpriced.

It seems like disorganized chaos. Your staff needs to care about the product going out. Figuring out how to cook a load of burgers would probably help. First no malt!!! Then the wait. Then the burger and fries that could’ve been cooked a minute more and been great! So disappointed. And don’t ask me to email! Improve the quality of what you’re putting out. You’re going to be busy all the time. Deal with it. The roll was fresh. The shake was good but the malt would’ve made it. Not going to be rushing back… and $18.50?? I braved it. Stood in line ordered and waited. Maybe 15-20 on a sat at 545/6pm. Not bad at all. Ordered the chicken sandwich. I really really liked it. Cajun fries were hot. Fried pickles were ok. Vanilla shake was great. Got the smoke shack double burger. I really enjoyed it. Foods good here. My family enjoyed it also. I’ll go back. I live too close not to lol. Thank u very much

Great experience. Great burger for a chain and great service. This is one of many Shake Shacks I have visited. This one I slarger than the ones in NYC with which I am most familiar, but even so this place can get busy and seats can become sparse. When busy, wait patiently and you’ll get your food, but if you feel like it has been forgotten, you can kindly ask them where they are with your order and they are happy to help.

The food is very good. The malted milkshakes were delicious. However, we had to wait about an hour for our food, and it cost $60 for 3 people to eat.
We hate that they ask for a tip when you pay, especially with the wait and no server.
There are not enough seats inside or out. Outside, depending on the time of day, you are sitting and melting in the glaring sun. Inside, you are also blinded.
So many people order to pick up their food, and people order on the iPad kiosks as well as from a cashier that it is clear that they are absolutely overwhelmed with orders they cannot fulfill in a timely manner.

Slowest moving crew out of any place I’ve eaten, including Applebee’s. Lines of burgers, ready to be sandwiched, but only after 5 minutes of waiting to be and not a very busy night. Save your money, stay away. Just another fast food joint, with classy restaurant prices. Messy burger.

I’m absolutely happy that Shake Shack is in Buffalo, New York, and that it is the same amount of flavor I expected when I went to other locations around the country. Busy. Had to wait outside before stepping into the restaurant. They have kiosks and registers open. We chose the register since we were paying in cash. The ladies behind the counter were nice, I could tell there was still some training or learning going on. I ordered chicken bites o and I asked for one of every sauce they had which they said they could do and one lady taught another how to add all of them. There were no sauces in the bag when I got my food, that’s disappointing. I noticed when I left the restaurant and they were too busy to ask for sauces. Otherwise the food was fine. The mango lemonade is good. We ordered for take out so we didn’t sit and eat. We stood off to the side of the kitchen waiting for our food to be handed to us when I looked down at the floor behind the counter and I just don’t understand why there isn’t someone running a broom twice an hour. You’re serving food, it should be clean to the best of your ability. With atleast 12 staff members in the kitchen, it’s important to have someone cleaning constantly. That is unacceptable. It’s fast food but it’s not cheap. I’m not blown away just because I’ve been to many other shake shacks. Be mindful that they do post their calories on their menu that is up on the wall. Check the calories before you order, I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the speciality shakes were over 1k calories. Just not healthy
