So, I went to pick up my order today and noticed the restroom door was locked by keypad code. I was like, “Why do customers need a code to use the bathroom?”

After I finally got the code from the cashier, and asking that question, the female cook totally yelled to the staff, “that customer is crazy.” That comment was bold, super rude, and really bummed me out.

When I talked to the manager, Autumn, about it, she didn’t even apologize or try to fix things, and she was really dismissive. She actually agreed with the cook said and tried to claim she wasn’t talking about me.

Once back in my car, upon inspection, the hamburger was burnt, way past well-done; it was definitely not medium like I ordered and like Shake Shack promotes. Their app even lets you pick well-done, or not.

I did go back to get a refund for the burnt burger. That process took about 5-8 minutes, and Madeline, another manager, didn’t apologize for the cooks’ comment about customers, or me, nor show any empathy for my concerns.

Finally I got home, my remaining food was cold and just looked gross, which totally killed my appetite. So, I basically wasted about 90 minutes and $30-$40 for nothing.

Shake Shack Suburban Square location has very good fast paced staff members that provide the food in a reasonable time.
Door Review: It’s funny that some days I could go through their side doors and some other days the side door is locked. I came back another day and all the doors were locked besides the left front door. I guess the business is trying to save on door ware n tear.

I went there tonight for a pick up order which the bag the food was packaged in was completely open allowing for the food to get old, i asked for a different bag to protect my food the food service worker Musu states “no she can’t have that” IT’S A PAPER SHAKE SHACK FOR MY FOOD I PURCHASED. awful customer service truly shouldn’t be apart of this establishment and will be reported to the fullest. Musu, do better for yourself and the company.

Solid spot for burgers in the area. The quality of the avocado on the avocado bacon burger was good. I probably wouldn’t order items with bacon from here again. The coffee donut milkshake was very tasty. You can’t customize with or without whipped cream on the ordering kiosks.

I’m a big Shake Shack fan. This one is nearby and it took me three bad experiences to be disappointed enough to leave this review.

Me and the table next to me tasted our drinks at the same time and they were disgusting. The oil in the chicken was rancid, chicken dry enough to be barely edible. I watched my shake melt on the back counter for 10 minutes cause the runner was overwhelmed.

It was a blinking red light that things in this kitchen are not clean, not at the right temp, and the bad attitude of the staff point to a managerial issue.

I would be a repeat customer but this was the last visit for me. Time to clean house (literally) and figure out why the staff is slamming/throwing food down on the counter.

Props to the one woman (cashier/counter) who was fighting for her life back there.

At Shake Shack Ardmore, I recently tried their classic Shack Burger and was delighted to find that it was just as delicious and satisfying as I remembered from other locations. However, my experience was marred by the unprofessional attitude of the front staff lady who took my order (April 25th 2023 5pm) She didn’t acknowledge me or offer a friendly smile or (even hello) and instead seemed to be staring rudely at customers, including me. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any customer service setting and definitely detracted from the overall dining experience.

Despite this setback, I did appreciate the restaurant’s modern ambiance, which was a refreshing change from other fast-food chains. The kitchen staff was the real heroes, and my food was delivered in a timely manner.

One aspect that could be improved upon is the ordering process, and I’m glad to see that Shake Shack is implementing kiosks to address this issue. This should minimize interactions with (rude) front staff, which can be helpful for customers who prefer to avoid any potential issues.

Overall, while the food was great, Shake Shack Ardmore needs to address the issue of unprofessional front staff behavior to ensure a more positive and enjoyable dining experience. I hope management takes steps to provide training and improve this aspect of their operation.

It is 3 in the afternoon probably the busiest time because kids are out of school. How is it that you don’t have a bathroom to be used that someone’s not going in and cleaning it up and making sure there’s a restroom for everyone when you have a place that serves food And have dining in??? They are not offering wipes for your hands before you eat since you can’t go into the bathroom and a the kiosk is filthy and you still have to pay for food

I really don’t get it. Why were there lines to eat at Shake Shack? It’s not that great!
It is nice to have a place in suburban square to grab a quick bite when you don’t want a full sit down dinner. The outdoor seating is wonderful. It’s a good atmosphere as long as you’re not sitting directly under the speakers. I love music, but you can’t hear conversation at all if you are sitting at the tables directly under the speakers. We moved further away and it was fine.
The burgers are pretty good. Similar to Wendy’s. They were fresh and hot.
The french fries are like frozen Oreida crinkle fries. They were really not worth eating. Pretty disappointing.
The chicken nuggets were ok, but so, so fried. I did like the fact that they are white meat and not an extruded nugget like other fast food places. The barbeque sauce was not good. But I’m used to Rays which is so good.
My iced tea was refreshing.
It’s not that it’s bad, per se, but I just don’t get it’s attraction.
