The food was good. There was a lot people there. My food took a long time to arrive. It was the tree lighting festival. That’s probably why my food took so long to get to me. All I had was a burger. I probably go back when there are less people to see how long it takes to get my food. Would I recommend this place. Yes.

Burgers are meh, nothing special to be honest. The lettuce on the burgers is so sad. This is fresh?? We also asked for no sauce on one of the sandwiches and it came out dripping in sauce.

There’s little customization available if you don’t want one of their special burgers. The fries are crispy but boring. The ordering kiosks are so annoying because you have to go through multiple hoops, multiple screens just to place an order. We placed an order, got a text saying it was ready and they’d bring it out to us yet 5 minutes go by and no one brings our order. We had to go to the counter to ask about it and they told us it’d be a few more minutes.

First visit to Shake Shack and I was throughly impressed. You are able to order through multiple kiosk which speeds up how fast you get your food. I don’t think we waited more than 10 minutes to get our food. This was during lunch time on a Monday. I ordered the smokeshack, an angus beef burger with applewood smoked bacon and chopped cherry peppers. The burger was served on a soft toasted potato bun and the shacksauce elevated the overall flavor on this burger. I will be definately returning to try all the different shakes and desserts available. Shake Shack is our new burger spot at the town center.

Our son wanted to try this restaurant, so we did. Firstly the service was great, friendly & prompt. Let’s talk about spending $60 on a chicken sandwich, hamburger, chicken bites & a shake. I’ll begin w/the shake, delicious! The almost $9 burger could fit in the palm of my hand, small! Fries were cold and cheese sauce tasted like chemmies. I’m from the West coast originally and a chief complaint about the East coast is the food is cheap & bad. Not all place but places like this. I strongly feel peeps are just used to this kind of food honestly. In summary the sandwiches were definitely small! Fries came out cold ish BUT the shake was spot on. Worth $60? Absolutely NOT. Just my opinion. If ya say ya use quality ingredients it better taste like it.

If your thing is tiny burgers this is the place to be. I hadn’t had shake shack in years, last time was in 2017 in Las Vegas and the only problem to me was the taste, portions were great, now fast forward to 2026 in Jacksonville, or whenever they decided to reduce the side of the burgers, It’s ridiculous beyond my comprehension, not even the shakes are worth it anymore, needless to say, it is a waste of money so won’t be coming back I suppose.

I ordered a shake shack chicken lettuce wrap and they gave me a beef one instead and then when I asked them to change it, they brought me back a chicken in a bun and they also put my name as Mike when my name is nowhere near that and also the girl or boy who took my order she was so rude

From the moment we arrived, this restaurant felt like something special. Dining in a beautifully designed to create an atmosphere that was both cozy and elevated warm lighting, intimate space, and a vibe that made the whole evening feel like an experience rather than just a meal.
The food was outstanding was thoughtfully prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. You can tell the kitchen takes real pride in what they serve. Nowadays, restaurant aren’t passionate about cooking food anymore. It seems like it’s just a job nowadays. It’s the kind of place where you want to try a little bit of everything.

I tried the Shroom Burger with a Cocoa Brownie Shake. The burger was a letdown—oily and not as flavorful as expected. The cheese wasn’t melted properly, which made it squishy and didn’t do much for the overall texture. While the burger wasn’t terrible, I wouldn’t recommend it based on this experience.

The Cocoa Brownie Shake was overly sweet, which might be too much for some people, but if you have a sweet tooth, it might work for you.

On a positive note, the ambiance was good—nice vibe overall, which is always a plus when the food doesn’t quite hit the mark.

Decent place to eat. Burger was great, the fries were good. I personally didn’t like the spice fries. Too much powder on a couple fries and other fries barely have any. I didn’t like the taste of the spice either. Great milkshakes. I had vanilla, I liked it a lot.

7.17.2025 @ 6pm – We ordered the cheese , a shack , with both regular and spicy fries with ranch dip. Washed it all down with a banana pudding shake and a cookies and cream shake. The food was , the spicy fries are really , customer service was outstanding , and the restaurant was clean!!!

If I can make a recommendation it would be that they have bigger straws for the banana pudding shake. It was annoying trying to drink the shake without having to stop every time I took a sip because the straw got clogged. Like maybe the Boba straws would be perfect.

Note: for military discount you have to order at the counter, not at the kiosk.
