From walking in to eating our experience at this restaurant was very very unpleasant I took my two friends to this restaurant and from when we went to the register to order we kept getting a evil eye from a lady that worked there. Our burgers was raw and pink. I ordered a shake with no whip cream because I’m allergic to whipped cream and they still put whipped cream on there I went to the manager and he just said okay word. He was very unprofessional and he kept answering when nothing but okay word. He saw that our burgers was raw, and he did offer a half refund but we honestly should have got a full refund due to the raw burgers made us not want to eat and also made us feel sick. We will not be returning to this location and we would not recommend it to anybody.

I’m done. I gave this restaurant too many chances. They often miss items when we order takeout, fries or side sauces are frequently missing.
They’re also not very kind, but since I usually order takeout, that wasn’t a big issue for me.
Today, we found a worm. I don’t care whether it came from fresh lettuce and cooked together or was inside the paper box and squeezed or what.
On top of that, the freaking sauce was missing again, as usual.
We will never come back.

This was my first time at the Shake Shack and it overdelivered in every way! The food was fantastic: just as delicious and satisfying as other Shake Shack locations I’ve heard people rave about! Their burgers, shakes, and classic Shack items hit all the right notes, and the quality felt consistent with the brand’s reputation.
Service was efficient, polite, and respectful: staff clearly work hard and were friendly throughout the visit. Even though some locals seem hesitant based on past reviews, my experience was excellent from start to finish.
As someone coming from Canada to try this restaurant, I can say honestly there’s nothing wrong with this Shake Shack. If you’re in the area and craving a great burger and shake, stop in – this spot delivers (and rivals my favourite burger place, Red Robin!!).

The only thing we enjoyed here was the burger. The service wasn’t great and it seemed like the employees did NOT want to be there at all. The fries were just so so and we don’t recommend them. Burger was top notch though!

came to get a lettuce wrap burger, ordered before my 2 friends. my food was out 10-15 minutes after my 2 friends got theirs, my friends got cold chicken nuggets. i got a lettuce wrap that they had obviously forgotten about as the grease had fully penetrated the lettuce (see attached pic) anyway, i didn’t feel like waiting another 30 minutes on a new one so now im disappointed and hungry…

My boyfriend and I came here because it was his first time, we ordered 2 triple avocado bacon burgers, and some regular fries, we waited roughly about 40min maybe more as did about 5-8 other people. On top of that more people kept coming in so it felt chaotic and overwhelming. When we received the food it turns out we got 1 triple bacon burger and 1 shack burger with cherry peppers and no avocado and the fries were lowkey mid. My boyfriend said the burger was very one note, not bursting with flavor. From what we saw One customer received a raw burger, another got the wrong order, etc. This is definitely a popular location lots of foot traffic and even more online orders. Usually the food is really good, however I believe that it gets too busy for staff to keep up which can lead to burnout. The staff looks like they are doing their best to deal and manage with hangry customers, but I believe the staff/expeditors should do a thorough check to ensure the correct order is being handed out. Perhaps a better system should be considered so staff does not have to face stressful customers or events and the restaurant can run smoother. Also we got a few stomach cramps after the meal.
