Honestly if you’re gonna order delivery don’t even bother. They will send you with the wrong food when you waisted your money, they don’t know how to answer the phone no matter how many times you called. I tipped my driver $5 just for her to bring the wrong order I’m really pissed and won’t order here again. I will probably consider dining in but delivery is a no. You can’t even reach the manager.

I haven’t eaten at shake shack in a while and nobody told me that they usually really nice people have been replaced with a computer kiosk and surly employees.
Should have known that we should have left when we saw the trash cans filling with water…. And the copious amounts of water all over the ground.
Took about 15 minutes to get some lukewarm food and that was incorrect. I mean Jesus I get it working in a fast food restaurant sucks but at least care enough to make sure people get the right food.
I’m not sure how it’s supposed to work but for some reason they make you take a number and put it on your table but then they make you go to the counter and get the food.
They gave us the wrong burger and one of our party ended up biting into whatever their vegetarian burger is and thought they were being served raw food. Fortunately it was only a really crappy vegetarian burger that only looked and had the consistency of raw hamburger. The taste was subpar, mushy and room temperature.
So we took that back because it was the wrong burger and they gave us the right burger and I don’t know how they managed it but it was cold too.
Did I mention we waited 15 minutes for our food and they gave us cold food?!
Now I Will give them high marks for their atmosphere because it’s just like the Titanic when it was about to sink. With water pouring from the ceiling and giant water puddles on the ground.
Frankly I’m not sure how this restaurant is open considering the safety issues. I would have loved to have been there when they tried to move the giant trash can filled with what I assume is probably 80 lb of water.
I’m not sure what the rules are in Ohio but you’ll see a photo of a sticker on one of the soda things telling you not to drink it because it’s not safe. That seems good.
I will say this much I was so horrified by the food and the service or should I say lack of service that I will never go back to a shake shack. The restaurant that I enjoyed and felt like a good value was just completely crap.
Worst thing is I gave these people 15% tip not knowing that they were just going to give us lukewarm food after making use wait 15 minutes.

I ordered 2 Carolina BBQ burgers, 2 smokey BBQ chicken sandwiches and one order of fries. The burgers came with bacon but it was quite literally a speck of bacon and the fries that cost $4.19 were so unbelievably small. There’s no reason to skimp on fries ffs. The sandwiches overall were a mess, looked like they were thrown together with no care. I get that the food industry doesn’t pay much but I’ve worked food industry for years and I would NEVER give/send someone food I wouldn’t want myself. I’ll never order from here again, just terrible customer service.

The location was great, however staff seemed very busy with pickup orders and didn’t seem very interested in inhouse customers. Food was good, but not stellar. The worst was the seating, very uncomfortable. Wood slats were hard to sit in and chairs had a slight tilt backward which is not comfortable for eating. The staff we did interact with were nice.

We ordered a meal for four people, totaling $90. When the food arrived, there was no avocado on my burger. In addition, one of our burgers did not arrive which was for a person in our party with dietary restrictions, so she had nothing to eat. This was $15 worth of food that did not show up. I have always loved shake shack and was excited to share it with my colleagues. I was very disappointed in the service, quality of the food, and lack thereof. Shake shack, do better.

This location is impossible to find. The geo location is not accurate. It is highly likely they moved to a different address; but they need to update their address on Google if that is the case. I was really excited to try out their milkshakes both times I went to visit, but sadly, all I did was waste time out of my day and gasoline.
The signage in the pictures is not at: 740 N High St. Do not waste your time trying to visit until the address is updated.

We had a great experience at Shake Shack Short North! We started by ordering our food at the kiosk, it was easy to use and convenient! Our food was delivered to our table hot and delicious! We ordered cookies and cream shakes they were amazing! Staff was very courteous! Highly recommended!

Got 3 burgers for me and some friends and each every single one was raw. At first, I was a little disappointed that the smash patty with the good crust that I’ve become accustomed to didn’t have a crust but whatever, doesn’t usually happen and it’s made to order, fine no big deal. I take two bites and I’m realizing that this doesn’t taste right and it’s cold and mushy. I look down and see raw meat. I break the patty apart cuz no way this entire thing is undercooked but it sure was. Uploading the first pic I took when I started to realize that it was undercooked. Submitted the rest of them to their website. I can’t believe anyone thought this was okay to serve.

To enter, you must go up steps, which makes it hard for a stroller/wheelchair. Confirmed with employees to make I didn’t miss it.
