I just had one of the BEST fast-casual meals in a long time at the new Shake Shack in Cheshire, and wow… it did not disappoint! We ordered the Chicken Bites, the Shack House Burger, and the classic ShackBurger, and every single thing was absolutely delicious.
The chicken bites were perfectly crispy and juicy, the Shack House Burger was loaded with flavor, and the ShackBurger was everything you want in a classic—melty cheese, fresh toppings, and that signature soft bun that just hits differently. The food came out hot, fresh, and honestly picture-perfect.
The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which made the experience feel easy and enjoyable from start to finish.
And honestly? This Shake Shack is such a fantastic addition to Cheshire. It brings great energy, amazing food, and a fresh, modern spot for people to hang out, grab a bite, and enjoy the town even more.

I’ve been to Shake Shack at the West Hartford location plenty of times. Today, at around 2pm I tried this one in Cheshire since it’s closer to me. While the food was good and the man standing near the front entrance / counter was polite and attended to grabbing me napkins for my to-go order. What I did not like was the comment one of the female workers behind the counter prepping food for said out loud to another co-worker that I overheard. I drove and parked right in front of the establishment in my Red Lamborghini Huracan, and the worker stated out loud “That car is probably rented” – “You can tell a lot about how someone dresses and how they spend their money”. When in fact the car is mine and just because I dressed casually leisurely at that moment, shouldn’t mean anything. Sorry I didn’t wear a suit to Shake Shack, and instead wanted to dress comfortably while doing errands in my “Rented Lambo”. I think I’ll continue to keep going to the West Hartford one instead. I’m still flabbergasted on the comment since I’ve never heard that one before, or at least not yet up until today. Do better S.S.

Burgers are delicious and their fries are my favorite, perfectly crisp and salted. My husband loves the cheese fries. Went opening week and then back the week after and it was just as good! Food came out quick and service was friendly. I signed up for emails and they were doing free item promos the week after Christmas, so great deal the second time I went! I’ll be back again soon.

The staff here were kind, helpful and patient at this location. I was greeted upon entry and had trouble using promos at the self order kiosk to which the male lobby attendant was quick to help without me even needing to ask. Food was yummy, came out quickly and was brought directly to me. I appreciate the hospitality and will definitely return.

The food was actually good but it cost $85 for (2) double burgers (2) orders of fries and (2) shakes and a bottle of water!!!!!! Also the computer system went down during the order and I had to stand in line an verbally give it, to an annoyed manager.

The guy at the counter was a bit uhhhh brain dead maybe lol. He took my order and then brought it to my table, he was confused because I was given one 29 and he put 9 on the receipt. I was the last orders. Honesty I should have ordered a burger, instead I got suckered in by the chicken bites. Overall the texture is weird IMO. The fries were alright . But nothing memorable
