shake shack’s burgers and fries are delicious. i’ve yet to try everything on their menu because a burger and fries are always a hit. i would love to try more things off their menu. from the kiosk we ordered two shake shake burgers. one single and one double. i customized my single and requested pickles, tomatoes , shack sauce, lettuce and well done. it came with cheese, not well done and without pickles or lettuce. which was disappointing but i just added pickles on it. easy fix. i’ll report back with how my stomach tolerates this cheese. my son got their veggie burger with no cheese and he enjoyed it. thankful they didn’t add cheese. we also ordered fries which were fresh and lightly crunchy. the drinks we chose were lemonade , basil pomegranate, pomegranate half and half with tea. overall is was pretty yummy. the staff were kind. it was clean and not busy. overall we spent about $50 after tipping for 3 people. i do wish that fries automatically came with every burger though.

My experience at Shake Shack was brought to an excellent standard. The food wasn’t brought quickly, but it didn’t take forever either. The staff did their job and worked very hard on the busy day. I would definitely recommend this place for people who enjoy burgers.

Shake Shack is a classic and one of my favorite fast food/fast casual places to go for takeout. Their burgers are delicious, the fries are hot and well salted (love the crinkle cut!), and their shakes are good as well. Unfortunately, their side window pickup isn’t always ready on time as they don’t update the TV/don’t always have it on, but that’s my only major complaint.

Never once been to a Shake Shack, so being somewhere that had one, we had to check it out. Always hearing about how good shake shack we wanted to know if it lived up to the hype, it sure did! The lemonade was refreshing, the chocolate milkshake might have been the most chocolate flavored shake I have ever had in my life. So good. The burger was cooked perfectly and topped well. The cheese fries tasted like someone actually made the cheese sauce and not a fake cheese food product. Worth all the hype, glad I finally can say I’ve had a Shake Shack burger.

Burger was a cracker, so overdone it wasn’t eatable. Custard was good, but all melted. I am only leaving a terrible review because I had to use a machine for my order, which then texted me at 107 that my order was ready and someone would bring it. At 120 I had to get up and ask about it, and no one knew what my order was or where it went. My friend also ordered, and his burger was also burnt into a cracker also.
