Reviews
First: nobody served us and we’ve been waiting for our order for more than 30 minutes (!!!).
Second: when ordering through their tablet, there were no number tags available, and nobody even came up to me. To speed things up, I had to take a number tag from the counter myself (!!!).
Third: after waiting 15 minutes, I went to ask what was happening with our order, but again, no one came up to me, so I couldn’t even find out the status.
Fourth: the table we had to sit at was sticky, and there was trash around — as you can see from the photos, nobody had cleaned all day.
Fifth: when I asked again about our order and looked at the kitchen, it was dirty, and the worst part is that nobody seemed to care.
This is not service, and this is not what a place like this should provide. We are still waiting for our order as I am writing this. When I just went again to ask where our order was, what did the staff do? They simply walked away.
Management, you can check your cameras and see this nonsense. If you don’t take action, your establishment will have a lot of inspections soon, because this is deceiving customers, and it’s unsanitary.
The burger was fine. Very much akin to what you’d get at Five Guys but not quite as good. The big problem I had was with the fries. Part of why my experience was frustrating was I the fact that that the “spiciness” of the fries was attributable purely to an insane thick clump of cayenne pepper dropped on the center of the basket, which meant that half the fries didn’t get any spice and the other half were so coated with cayenne pepper as to overwhelm any other aspect. The cheese was also tasteless. The fries themselves were surprisingly good but this combination left a literally bad taste in my mouth.
Perhaps their dessert offerings make this a destination but I can only judge based on what I ordered, and what I ordered was basic and nothing to write home about.
I came here with my family, we had a great time.
The Food was great, tasted well, the fries where great. Not too salty, they hit the spot.
I have a gluten allergy, and they took that very serious and where extremely professional about it.
There was a small problem with my order, and the Manger took care of it, with no problem. Really great customer service.
I appreciate that and I will be returning.
Not worth it.
