The food tastes great! It’s very nice inside and the staff is very friendly.
Only issue is price. This is super expensive. Compared to food portions of other places you do not get the bang for you buck. Sure it tastes great, but you’re left craving more with how small sides are. Onion rings were literally like 6 of them in the box. Thats a dollar an onion ring. Fries are a little bit better but still small for $5.
2 people can get up to $50+ depending upon what toppings and food items you get.
Great experience, but may not come back just because of the expense.

First time going. Got the new Korean chicken sandwich. Good but not worth the $40+. Too small and bun was cold.

I found a hair inside my burger after getting home. This is extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. I had to throw everything away. This completely ruined my meal and the whole experience. I will not be coming back.

We usually pick one of the burger places in Schaumburg, but I decided to try Shake Shack. I ordered online and found some good deals through the app. The dining area is very comfortable with a view towards Golf Road. The burgers were amazing. We loved it and we will be visiting again. The final price was also reasonable as they had a promotion going on.
Overall, a great experience and we will visit again.

I sampled some of the new, limited-edition foods on their menu. My curiosity was sparked by their introduction of Korean-style fusion sandwiches. I had their Korean barbecued burger and chicken sandwich. Because the chicken sandwich’s flavor more closely matched my palate, I liked it better than the other one. The look and texture are not up to par.

Our boss treated our small office team to lunch. I ordered a shack burger, fries and strawberry shake and it was incredible! The burger was fresh and not greasy, fries were perfectly seasoned and hot and the shake was AMAZING!
