I have been here a few times and have always had a positive experience. Many reviews mention the wait time but for me waiting 10 minutes for fresh tasty food is absolutely worth it. Definitely my go to at the mall

Food was good but really salty but overall pretty good. The service was bad. We went to the front to order and got told it was closed and we had to use the kiosk. We go wait in line for the kiosk just for the people behind us and the rest of the line to go to the counter to order… then we finally get our food. Sit down to eat and started eating, get asked to move seats as we’re in the middle of eating… for my first time here it was an absolutely terrible experience with the workers. Ontop of it all they didn’t have milkshakes.. the main thing they’re known for.

The location is great, the team were all hustling back there, attentive to customers and their orders and everything seemed very organized! The area was clean and the fries were hot and crispy! This has nothing to do with the staff but I ordered a smoke shack and didn’t care for it at all. All of the other items though were prepared to perfection. I’m not sure how long this location has been open but it has been one of my better experiences at one of your restaurants…thank you Ross Park staff!

Watching orders come out and multiple people not getting the right stuff and or incorrect things.
Looks like one kiosk is maybe back up right now, but for how long I don’t know.
Multiple people not getting their orders. At least 1 refund.
Do not recommend this weekend. Try another time.

Wow what a horrible location lol I placed an order and got texted it would be “ready soon!” Over an hour ago. Fix your ordering system or don’t offer delivery at all plain and simple. Save your money and go elsewhere they don’t even answer the phone when you call

I ordered a triple well done and my fiancé ordered a double k shack. The food was absolutely amazing. As a manager of another concept , I am very critical about the food I order, the atmosphere, and the attitude and appearance of the employees. Well here at Ross park the team that was there on Wednesday 1/14/26 was upbeat and very nice.
