2 meals , 10 piece chicken bites and 1 shake from @shakeshack for $52!! Does that look like $52 worth of food? The burgers were small, smashed together placed unevenly. The burgers were “ok” , fries “ok” both very salty and shake was “ok”. The nuggets were good though. Service was very slow too. I would never come here again, it blows my mind how this place is successful with the prices they charge. One meal is $20…1 meal!

Stopped for a special shake they were promoting…spicy caramel. It was a Carmen shake with gouchoujang mixed it. It was really good but the proportions were way off. Almost all I could taste was caramel…very little gouchoujang. The little I could taste was great though and were I to go back I’d just see if they could mix in more.

I had to go back and they never disappoint burger was on point!!! Plus they make a really good cheese fries. No more truffle sauce this time but food was great. Highly recommend all burger lovers to visit

I was excited to try to the lettuce wrap with my burger. The single patty is not enough. It’s smashed so thin, not a good ratio of veggies to meat. The service was very slow even using the order station. The fries were very good though. My daughter liked her milk shake but based on the price, service and lack of condiment choices to help customize the burger better, I wouldn’t eat here again.

I decided to give Shake Shack a try. The burger and fries were REALLY good. I don’t usually like crinkle cut fries, but these are hot, crunchy and delicious. I’d gladly eat here again. Burger was delicious also.
A couple of negatives. There isn’t much parking, so come when they aren’t busy if you’re going to eat in. Also, they are charging $3.99 for a large Diet Coke. That is the highest price I’ve ever seen outside of a movie theater. They have water for free, and it’s good water, but I almost always eat burgers and fries with a Diet Coke. Not this time.
Come for the food, skip the soda.

For a burger place it’s food is good but for the price I believe it’s a little too much can go to Red Robin for the same price and better food.
Service at this location is needs work and fast. Drive thru employees never answered the intercom at all. Had to go inside and the guy who took the order was decent but not enough to fix the drive thru experience.
Bathrooms were ok not the greatest and not the worst but the table was dirty and had hair on it.
Overall Fix these: Drive thru (seriously fix this fast I mean like yesterday!), Prices by a dollar or 2 to be more competitive, and lastly have the staff clean a little more frequently.

I don’t really get this place. The service was good. The food was fine. But I got a single patty cheeseburger fries and a small soda for over $16. For probably 20% less you can get a double deluxe Culver’s meal, with a medium drink, that’s just as good if not better. Probably wouldn’t choose to come back due to the poor value for money.

I ordered online a Smokestack burger and an Avocado Bacon Chicken. I’ll be honest I had no idea this location wasn’t drive thru only! Upon arrival I went inside, there was a fellow behind the counter who I gave my name to. About a couple of feet from the end of the counter a few feet back was another counter with to-go bags. Mine was promptly located and handed to me. The staff was friendly and efficient.
I had customized the sandwich for no pickles. It didn’t ruin the sandwich or my day! The sandwich was delicious… so much avocado!! I didn’t taste that the pickles were even on it! The bun was soft and tasty. I’m not a big fan of fried chicken sandwiches but this one…set the bar! It was overly breaded or too crispy….just right. I liked that the order was in a box-tray so they weren’t sliding around the bag. Shake Shack Rosedale you definitely made a fan out of me. Thank you for the delicious lunch and what I can only assume will be a fantastic dinner!

Shake Shack offered a really enjoyable dining experience with delicious food and a great atmosphere. The milkshakes were a highlight—perfectly sized and tasted fantastic. The fries also lived up to expectations with their crispiness and flavor. However, while the burgers and chicken sandwiches were tasty, they were disappointingly small, especially considering the price. It’s a bit of a letdown when you’re expecting a hearty meal. Overall, good food, but the sandwich sizes were a downside.
