Every time I come into this Shake Shack I am immediately greeted by respectful staff. The food is delicious: My burgers were great and my chocolate shake was to die for. The way they run their kitchen in an open and spacious layout allows them to work together as one team of young professionals. And that positive vibe flows out to the dinning area where customers are taken care of.
The board of this company is doing good in the lives of its young employees and for the customers and the economy.
My friend had the Korean BBQ burger and it was a flavor bomb of deliciousness!
Thanks for a great lunch today as well as phenomenal customer service!!!

Shake shack prioritises quality ingredients and an environment that keeps bringing us back.
Thank you to the shake shack staff who are always patient with my toddler and bring our food out so quick.
As a side note, I have never seen a dirty table or sticky floors.
Some of the scalding hot grease seeped through the bag and burnt my leg. Mild burn but still not pleasing. At least its that fresh I guess.
The portions of food are a bit small for price but thats kinda standard everywhere imo.
Shake was mid. There was an unchewable chunk of what I assume is bone in my burger.
Fried pickles were gross. Texture was way off. Ranch was also mid.
Service was questionable, they were fairly fast but seemed to be in a rush. We were the only car in the drive thru, but maybe they were really busy inside the place. They practically threw the food out the drive thru and had the window closed before the food even got through our window. They were fairly polite otherwise.
Dissapointed in the results, wont go out of my way to eat here again.
I noticed that on the reviews people mention small portions and high prices. I agree with this. The hamburgers were small, and the fries came in small portions as well. The shake cups seemed pretty normal but again they were over priced.
The kiddos ordered cheeseburgers and the kids enjoyed them. I ate a couple bites that were left over and they were good. In my opinion they were better than the black truffle burger. The truffle on my burger wasn’t what I was expecting and threw me off. It was very small, But the crispy onions and the rest were good. (Check out my pictures)
As for the shakes their consistency was great. Just what your shakes should be. However we ordered strawberry and chocolate. The strawberry was very mild and lacked flavor. The flavor was barely noticeable. As for the chocolate shake, I could have taken the ice cream and stuck it in a tub of nesquik powder and eaten the shake! It was pretty chocolatey probably my favorite part was the French fries, lightly dusted with salt and were very crispy! Just my kind of fry!
So if you want expensive food with extremes in flavor then this is your stop! I gave them four stars for great customer service, there was a mix up in our order and they did not blame us and were prompt to fix it!
