Tiera was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely made the experience feel personal instead of rushed. Jennifer, the manager, clearly leads by example—you can feel the positive energy and professionalism throughout the entire team. Because of them, this visit stood out and easily made Shake Shack my favorite restaurant experience to date.
Great food is expected. Great people are what make it unforgettable. I’ll absolutely be back.
The grill employee responded the only way he knew how: with Olympic-level attitude and a dramatic performance while making my burger. The show included actions that either looked exactly like spitting in my food or were intentionally meant to make me think he did. Hard to say which — and honestly, it doesn’t matter. If your goal is to make customers question their life choices mid-order, congrats, mission accomplished.
Nothing enhances a burger like wondering whether it comes with a side of spite.
If serving customers until close is optional here, maybe put that on the door. Or better yet, have management check in on the closing crew before someone mistakes “fast casual dining” for “passive-aggressive dinner theater.”
I won’t be returning, but thank you for the reminder that sarcasm and pettiness are apparently free toppings at this location.
Will definitely be returning to the RiNo location soon
If we hadn’t ordered a beer, we would’ve have never spoken to anyone. No one said hi, no one said thank you. We got “carded”, but he just said, “y’all are old enough right!?”
They ask for your phone number to text when your order is up. They texted and it it said,” sit tight we are bringing your order to you.” We waited almost ten minutes and finally saw our order just sitting on the counter. No idea how long it was sitting there.
Food was lukewarm at best. Flavor was pretty good. Not even close to worth the price. $50 for two burgers, a soda, a beer, and an order of regular fries.
Do not recommend.
Great location on a street closed to traffic. Many people out and about and walking dogs around.
The Korean style sandwich could have been spicier and less sweet.
