The service was great, I loved my burger, I love their lettuce wrapped burger, the lettuce is always clean and fresh, perfectly crunchy and pairs well with the flavorful burger patty and melty cheese. However, I did NOT like the way the parking is set up, I know it’s Rice Village, but you need to pay for parking even if you’re in and out of a fast food restaurant? Crazy. I probably won’t be back to this location for that reason, I would not like to pay parking to spend 15 minutes eating my 9$ burger. However, the staff and food was good.

Well, my grandson pushed me to come here and I really was not impressed. He got the Shake Chicken w/avocado sandwich, I got the Shake bacon burger (single meat). One order of cheese bacon fries/2 drinks @$42. My burger was riddled with red bell peppers and the burger was spicy. If a person don’t eat spice, this is an utter failure. My grandson was so hype about his food that everything was amazing to him. Parking in the area is paid parking for 1 hour @$3.42.

Uber Eats had a special, Buy one Big Shack burger get one free. The burger was really good and fresh.so was the cheese fries. They were hot and crispy. Will definitely try other items on their menu.

I come to this location to pick up as a food delivery driver and as a customer on my days off. Every time I am here, I am always greeted by the same staff member by the name of DAVIKA. She’s amazing. Always friendly, never complain no matter who complicated my orders are lol. Today I asked for a neapolitan shake in which has never been done before but she personally made it for me. I really appreciated the personalized service.

Stopped by while working a project for Rice Village and grabbed a bite, honestly not worth it. Food’s overpriced, burger was sloppy, received the ugliest cut of meat, and I waited 12 minutes past my pickup time while a few employees kept asking what I was waiting for. Felt more like I was in their way than a customer. If you want better food and service, hit Ricebox on the other corner.

It’s an amazing place for your teens. Fun, full of energy, clean environment and restrooms. Nice outdoor sitting. The food was delicious. The service was great no disrespect because I’m a older person among a younger crowd.

Shake shack burgers taste the same wherever you go, but the quality of the burger assembly was a bit of a disappointment when I went. The burgers were a bit thinner than I remembered, but they still tasted delicious. All three terminals were operational when I went, no fuss there. I’ve seen some reviewers ticking off a star from paid parking at this location, but if you park in the parking garage not too far from shake shack you’ll receive free parking for X time. The interior was clean and tidy and food arrived decently fast. Self serve water cups are always nice.

the service and food were good but the burgers are sooo small, might as well be a slider. spent like 15 bucks for a burger and drink. don’t park in their lot, it’s paid parking. a much better choice is the 2 hour free parking garage just around the corner.
