Do not get the chicken sandwich. It is absolutely disgusting. Since this is mainly a burger place, I am not even going to factor that into my rating.
The burger and fries are pretty good and I would definitely recommend the burger. It was very juicy and cooked well. The fries were solid but could have used a little more seasoning. The meat was also a little too oily for my taste.
Overall I would give it a solid four stars. Not bad at all, a good meal.

Interesting how this place is almost brand new and it’s empty on a beautiful Sunday afternoon in Las Vegas. a high traffic area but yet almost empty. I can see from the reviews that this location staff were not properly trained or the staff just doesn’t care enough to maintain the quality expectations of a shake shack I won’t be coming back. Ordered a new big shack. It was average. I had the french fries which were overly crunchy so overcooked. the strawberry shake tasted like a vanilla shake. I asked a team member why the shake taste like vanilla he said it’s just the way it’s made there. Didn’t wanna make an effort to redo it for me or add extra sauce so just sort of tells you how lazy the staff is.

We have been to a few locations and this one was disappointing to say the least. We went through the drive through and ordered 2 burgers a shake and onion rings. My husband’s burger was medium to medium well. Mine was at best rare. It was cold in the middle. When my husband took the burger back with the receipt and asked them to remake it- instead of just remaking the burger- the person at the counter said “our meat is always medium” and dismissed him. 44$ for two burgers and they would not even fully cook it.

I ordered two burgers from the Rhodes Ranch location and discovered a rusty metal screw underneath one of the burgers when I opened the box at home.
Thankfully I noticed it before eating, but finding metal inside food packaging was extremely disturbing.

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD … I’m Sooooooo annoyed I spent over $60 for dinner for me and my family the fry’s were hard and cold In the middle the burgers were literally RAW in the middle I’ve called up to the store a million times and no one is answering …. Now I have to go spend MORE money some where else for dinner .. love shake shack but I’m NEVER coming back to this location DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!!

Picked up our order inside. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the food didn’t meet expectations. The burger was average, and the fries seemed old or overcooked rather than fresh. Considering the price point and reputation for quality and consistency, my overall experience was disappointing.

This Shake Shack is a reminder of how good it can be when it’s done right. My burger always comes out hot, neatly made, and full of that classic Shake Shack yum, no mess, no shortcuts, no “hope for the best” feeling.
The staff here really makes a difference, too. They’re friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. It’s the kind of service that makes me happy that I came in. Not the chaotic experience that so many Shacks have turned into.
Honestly, corporate should swing by and see how this crew runs things. The quality of the experience here is what they should all aim for.

This was our first time eating at Shake Shack, and we wish we came in sooner! We loved the food, and especially our interaction with Tya! She set an incredible tone as we ordered at the cash register. Tya was extremely friendly and helpful – a model representative for Shake Shack! Then tasting the hamburgers, french fries, and shakes sealed the deal.
The Avocado Bacon Hamburger was flavorful. The avocado was vibrant green and the perfect texture. I would recommend not leaving Shake Shack without tasting the Black Truffle Parmesan Fries. Fries were crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, with plenty of parmesan cheese, and the truffle dipping sauce was decadent!
Even if you’re not hungry and are just craving a milkshake – you won’t be disappointed at Shake Shack. The Cookies and Cream, and Chocolate milkshakes were rich in flavor, tasting of smooth ice cream in a cup.
A nice surprise and added bonus was the engraving on the tables: Made in the USA Sustainability Sourced White Oak. Also the milkshake cups said: Commercially Compostable. I felt a surrounding of clean, and an environmentally friendly atmosphere.
I would highly recommend Shake Shack Rhodes Ranch W Warm Springs Rd, and don’t forget to ask for Tya!

Shake Shack is one of my favorite spots, but this location is horrible. I ordered the smoked BBQ chicken sandwich, and my chicken was cold, hard, and very disappointing. I live 5 minutes away, so my food should NOT be cold and hard! For the amount of money we pay, our food should be nothing less than fresh!
