It’s great to have a Shake Shack in Redlands and this location is clean and spacious. There are plenty of seats inside, as well as in the patio.
This Shake Shack (SS) is located in the former Corner Bakery in the Vons and Trader Joe’s shopping plaza, just south of the 10 freeway on Orange St in Downtown Redlands.
I usually will place an order through my SS app and do a pick up. They have some parking spaces assigned for app pick up – although I don’t see many people following this rule. And they also have kiosks to place your own orders, as well as regular cash registers to place orders with an employee.
I’m pretty simple so I usually stick with the Shack Burger but I do love their cheese fries. Yum. During my last visit, I ordered a Coffee Shake and, to my surprise, I really enjoyed it.
Overall, I really like how clean this SS is and the number of seats. The food is consistently good. I have no complaints.

Very disappointed! Food is so overpriced for small portions and poor quality. Food taste like hospital food. No flavor, cheese sauce was like a big glob nasty had no cheese pull or taste. Burgers are so small. Chicken sandwich was ok. Only thing that was decent is their shakes. You’re better off going to a local burger spot. The cook was not very nice or welcoming she had dark hair goth or emo style. The cashier was very nice but talk too much she was new prob nervous. Elderly woman working was nice. This place needs to lower their price not worth it’ll We were still hungry after paying over $100

I normally don’t fan over fast food but I really enjoyed the quality. I’ve tried the burger with avocado and the fried chicken burger. I even tried the chicken wrapped in lettuce one day. The fry is perfect every time. Also, huge fan of the extra crispy onion rings.

It’s just alright, I’m trying to see what the fuss was about. I got a regular shake shack burger, and like everyone else the sauce was just in a small portion in the middle, they didn’t even spread it. You do have to order everything separate. The patty was delicious, and the fries crispy. But honestly the fries are not worth the extra almost $5 dollars. The burger not cheeseburger seemed to be on the smaller side.

First time here at the Shake Shack in Redlands with my boyfriend for lunch on November 29, 2025 around 11 am , and I have nothing but positive to say about this establishment and our amazing experience with the team here. I appreciate the self service order kiosk in the front to order, very great for fellow introverts. As soon as we sat down our food was done in under 10 minutes. The manager on duty, Steven, served our food with a smile and brought us ketchup and napkins, and made sure we were all good. As we were enjoying our food he also came back to check and ask how everything was. Then Shantae, came by our table to ask us if we needed anything with a warm and friendly smile offering such a hospitable atmosphere. The efforts of both Steven and Shantae and the rest of the team really made such an impact on my boyfriend and mines day. The food was excellent, hot, and fresh, you really get what you pay for! And the excellent customer service is just the cherry on top. Thank you guys keep up your hard work, it doesn’t go unnoticed!

Delicious burger but extremely small for $8. First thing I noticed was the itty-bitty bun. Great service by young man that took my order. He was also out checking on us after bringing our food. I would definitely go back.

I visited on Friday, December 14, 2024, at 3:30 PM with some friends. When we arrived, I placed my order at the kiosk and joined my friends at a table. The food was served in just 10-15 minutes by a very kind staff member.
I ordered 1 Black Truffle Burger, 1 Shack Stack, 1 Chicken Shack, 1 Regular Fry, and 1 Creamsicle Float. Every item was cooked and prepared perfectly. The burgers here are outstanding—the patties are packed with flavor and cooked just right. The Creamsicle Float was also delicious and refreshing.
The service was just as impressive as the food. Two employees came by at different times to politely ask if my friend wanted a drink refill, and after we finished eating, another staff member offered to take our trash and wrappers for us. Their courtesy and attention to detail made our visit even better.
I don’t normally write reviews, but I really wanted to share my great experience here since they just opened. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were so kind and thoughtful. I’ll definitely be coming back often and am so excited to have a Shake Shack in Redlands. Thank you for opening here!

I finally got a chance to try this place, and it’s not too shabby. First, the quality of food is good. The service was great, everyone was super friendly, and the atmosphere was ok, just another burger joint. The reason I gave the food 3 stars is because they skimp on the sauce. I ordered the black truffle burger. In the image on their menu, it looks like it’s smothered in sauce. However, when I got my burger, there was a small squirt of sauce in the middle. Very deceiving. I also ordered the cheese fries, and only the top few fries had cheese on them. Again, very deceiving. So, buyer beware! I don’t know if I’d go back, I don’t like deceitful marketing. If I order something that you’re advertising, at least come close to what’s on the image. I understand things aren’t gonna fully resemble what’s pictured, but a drop of sauce? Really? Maybe change the name of the “cheese fries” to “please fries,” as in, can I please have more cheese?!?!? For the price, y’all could afford to be a little more generous with the toppings. I added 3 photos of my burger and one of what’s on their site.
