Extremely impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism of this location. I witnessed the gentlemen, who was expo’ing and packing orders, touch something non-food related and then immediately changed his gloves, put on a fresh pair and continued packing order without hesitation. That is a level of awareness and accountability you don’t often see. Well done!

A self-service kiosk order driven dining experience with an option for a tip at checkout. If paying by cash, there is a cashier line. On the menu 4oz flattened Angus beef patty with toppings. Nothing like what they feature on their menu board, online and on the photo in this review. Calories range from 370 – 870 for their limited time Shack Stack.
My lunch today cost $17.10, no fries. I had the Avocado burger and their limited time Mango Passionade. I did not care for the applewood-smoked bacon. It left an odd aftertaste. The lemonade was not bad at 130-260 cals.
During today’s Port Chester location Grand Opening the store is contributing $1.00 for every sandwich sold to Feed Westchester.
The staff was pleasant and hope is stays that way. I checked out their online order system and it’s terrible. The Port Chester location not even listed.

I ordered the single shack burger with fries and a banana pudding shake. The fries were cold, i tasted no banana in the shake, and the burger was mediocre at best. This was my first and last time I will eat here. I ended up throwing most of everything out. Waste of money, at just shy $22! I don’t recommend.

First time eating here. Appreciate the order kiosk, so that I can make sure my order is entered correctly. Food (burger, fries and shake) were presented to me as ordered and were pretty good tastewise. Entered the premises at about 7:15 on a Friday night, so there was a lot of traffic. They have an outdoor eating area that appeared pleasant, although we stayed inside to track our order and decided to remain in place once it arrived. Wait was long (15-20 minutes) but that’s not a surprise considering the time of day. The staff appeared to be going all out to get the orders through, so kudos to them. Will definitely consider returning here if in the area. Restaurant is located in a shopping center, just off of 287, so there is plenty of parking.

Clean and well managed. We sang happy birthday to my daughter here on her birthday and an employee brought her a little ice cream cup to celebrate, very sweet staff!

Ordered some bacon cheese fries and a burger on Monday immediately got sick went to the hospital and was told I had food poisoning!!!! Never going back there ever again or any shake shack !!!!!

We love(d) Shake Shack and have had it at this location plenty of times. Unfortunately, a week ago we ordered 3 separate orders between friends for pick up and once we sat down to eat, we found blonde hair in all 3 of our orders as well as a FINGER NAIL with purple nail polish on it. We got our money back but we will never be able to stomach coming here again. Please make sure your staff wears appropriate attire (hair nets, gloves etc).
