I tried the Carolina BBQ at Shake Shack and it was amazing! The flavors were bold, and the fried pickles really set it off with the perfect crunch. I also loved the spicy kick—it was just right, not overwhelming but definitely noticeable.
The ordering process was all through the touch pad, and while the food came out quickly and was exactly what I wanted, there wasn’t much in the way of customer service. Someone simply brought the food to the table.
Overall, the food itself was excellent and worth the stop if you’re craving a flavorful burger with a Carolina twist.

I’m so disappointed with the quality of the food from this location. I spent almost $40 in a Sunday night for a burned hamburger. Besides that I paid for ranch dressing and didn’t get any, at this point even McDonalds are doing a better job !

The burger was fantastic, but the fries were just okay. would go back again, but it’s worth noting there appeared to be some kind of mold or growth on the ceiling vents.

Totally love this place. The food look so good that I totally forget to take a picture. When I visit Charlotte again Shake Shack will be my first stop. Love everything about it. Service was fast even with them being so busy.

I enjoy their mushroom burger here as it’s a solid, delicious option here. It’s a deep fried mushroom sandwiched between bread but it is good and flavorful.
However, I wish they offered more toppings and a variety of burgers, including an Impossible Burger and a Black Bean Burger, to give vegetarians and vegans more variety. Despite these minor complaints, the food here is always fresh and delicious.
The customer service is meh, they seem like they enjoy when you use the kiosks to order your food, rather than speak to them.

You can never go wrong with Shake Shack. I have visited multiple locations including Times Square.
What I noticed right away is how respectfully management speaks with their employees. I had the privilege of meeting Dann who is one of the managers here at this Park Rd & Westlawn location. What impressed me the most about her is how she took the time to speak to me about Shake shack and what it stands for.
I told her I was trying the chicken today. She told me there are customers who actually have said the chicken shack is better than Chick-fil-A’s Chicken sandwich in their opinion. I just had it, and it was pretty good. Tasty! I especially like that they don’t use any antibiotics. Ever!

We have wanted to try this location for awhile and since we were in the area, we stopped by. The bathroom stalls were out of seat covers and my stall was out of tissue. Luckily, my daughter was able to pass some from her stall.
The food is small portions for the price. Overall value was poor. The burger was pink and I didn’t know I had to ask for well-done. The chicken sandwich was good. The fries were okay.
We can now check it off the list as a one and done.
