First and foremost this place is always clean, and I really appreciate that.
Secondly the menu choices and options are great. The food is cooked fresh and tastes great. The chicken sandwiches and burgers are very plentiful and will not disappoint nor leave you hungry. The shakes are awesome, though should come in larger sizes…
The staff is very efficient and always polite.
I’ve been here a few times and have never been let down.
I’d like to give a special shout out to the manager who is always polite and always greets me; to be honest I’m very surprised she even remembers me when I come in . It’s nice to be recognized as a valued customer. She always makes me feel very welcomed, and in this environment (post covid), that is very much nostalgic of how customer service used to be and very much appreciated.
And no matter what the Shake Shack corporate cronies have to say…. I’m still rooting for a Shake Shack to be opened in Grayson Georgia…. Perfect location will be next to the new Chick-fil-A on Grayson Highway (hint hint).

The French Onion Burger was banger! What an idea to put Onion soup into a burgerm the flavours were great and it all came together really nicely. It’s quite runny though. The parmesan garlic fries weren’t that special. We got a small amount of the garlic sauce which was sad. I would pick another type of loaded fries instead of this one. Finally, the Pomegranate Basil Lemonade was refreshing and wonderful. Loved it!

I can’t say enough good things about the Shake Shack in Old Fourth Ward! Every single time I visit, the food is prepared perfectly — hot, fresh, and exactly how it should be. You can tell the team really takes pride in quality and consistency.
The restaurant itself is always impressively clean, from the dining area to the drink station, which makes the whole experience even better. The atmosphere is welcoming and upbeat, with a great vibe whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or hanging out with friends.
A big shoutout to the manager, Amanda, who clearly runs a fantastic operation. Her leadership shows in the friendliness of the staff and how smoothly everything flows, even when it’s busy. It’s rare to find a place that nails food, service, and environment all at once, but this location absolutely does.
Definitely one of the best Shake Shack experiences around!

Visited with friends on March 7th. We placed a dine-in order at the kiosk around 10:00 pm and didn’t receive our food until 10:40 pm. I had to approach the expediter multiple times just to check on it. When I finally asked for a manager, we found out our order had been sitting on a random table the whole time because they ran out of counter space for pickup orders. When I expressed frustration, he grunted and went back to work.
Our food was cold, which wasn’t surprising given the dozens of completed orders sitting in the food window unattended. The kitchen staff kept leaving their stations to hang out with friends in the front of house, who were raucous and made the whole atmosphere uncomfortable. Ski masks and skull caps are uniform now?
No greeting when we walked in, filthy tables, a dirty outdoor area, and staff yelling at customers to leave at 11:00 pm on the dot. I’ve had great experiences at other Shake Shack locations, but this one is being run like a wing shop south of Memorial Dr.

We love Shake Shack but particularly this one. The service is always excellent and management has been present to greet us which is a nice touch. The food is excellent and always prompt. We love to sit outside with our dog. Highly recommend!

The food is absolutely delicious! It is a bit pricey, but definitely worth in my honest opinion. We had burgers, shakes, loaded fries and everything was 10/10. There’s also a cute little place where you can fill up tiny waters to drink. I thought that was funny. Overall, I would recommend. The initial picture looked great, until i took a bite. Food order was incorrect. Ordered burger without sauces on the burger and the screwed that up. So, it was a $25 +/- for a dinner with eating only fries.
Restaurant was disgusting, dirty, and tables & seats were sticky and seemed they were not wiped in years. Gross.
Probably won’t be back to this location.

So I ordered my food through Uber Eats on 8-26-2025. First time eating food from this restaurant in my life. I got a double burger,fries,vienna dog and a cookies and cream shake! I had to try a shake for the name of the place alone! The food is delicious this place is called shake shack the shake is delicious! I read that there is a parking garage near this location.

Always a great spot to swing in and grab lunch. It’s always smooth and quick. My food always tastes good plus you get the views of the bustling beltline.
