Staff welcomed us when we walked in so warmly. I ordered at the kiosk then needed to change something after I placed the order. They were more than happy to help me & made the change for me. Our food came out quickly and was DELICIOUs. Owens checked on our table a few times, brought us some sauces, & was very positive. Definitely plan to visit again soon. Thank you!!

Came a second time at a different timeframe and the service is slow but crew is caring and you can tell they are still smoothing out some stuff. I ordered the chicken lettuce wrap which was perfect! The onion rings were a side and served well seasoned but were missing the cheese sauce for dipping and were a bit cold. Overall a pleasant experience and is a great spot for a quick post run refuel! Thanks, gang and keep up the great work!

✨I think they should be like other notable restaurants and when if cold outside accommodate the waiting patrons with hot chocolate or hot tea or some kinda warmers outside with heaters. Vice versa when it’s Extremely hot outside have refreshing drinks for the long line outside wait.The burgers were amazing this time! The service there was great too! They overcooked the chicken sandwich though. Fries are perfect and drinks/shakes. A buzzing gadget so you can wait in car when your order ready.

I’ve tried this place a few times now and every time I go the wait is very long around 20-30 minutes just for an order of 4 items. Last time I was here I ordered a chicken sandwich which was very tasty but has no right to be called a sandwich and should be more of a slider. so are the so called “hamburgers” as well. These buns first time I went here I got an avocado bacon burger which is a pathetic excuse of a burger and should be called a slider at most. The buns are very small and not the average size of a hamburger bun. For the price of these burgers I expect way more than a slider. I also ordered fries the last time I went here and unlike the “burgers” they had a good generous amount of fries which I appreciate. What I don’t appreciate is the fact that almost all of our food was COLD. The fact that we waited so long to get our food and then the food was cold is just embarrassing. On the contrary the service was very nice and the employees were very apologetic about the wait times which i appreciate. Overall I say the food is not worth the price and the wait time.

We ordered the hot dog, onion soup burger, crispy chicken sandwich with fries , & double burger all were delicious ! The restaurant was very busy even after 9pm, but we didn’t have to wait long to order or get our food. The staff are friendly and helpful, prices are fair but everything is a la carte so no combos . It is set in a beautiful courtyard next to the ice rink and shops, great place for the family to enjoy! Overall, we enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end and plan to return next time we’re in the city ☺️

Burgers were very tasty! Chocolate shake was very good (and very ‘chocolatey’ lol) – I had the pomegranate drink, which was bursting in flavor on the less sweet side, which was ok. Everything was good, even the crinkle fries lol, but I would suggest adding a spicy burger of sorts to the menu. No complaints! We went there early and there was a short line – but they do offer 3-4 self order kiosks, which were simple to use.

First time going to shake shack and it was an amazing experience, this location was in Oklahoma City. Food was great and the staff was amazing and helpfull. Very clean place to sit and eat. Two burgers two drinks and one fry 40 dollars. Little pricey but very worth it

I love this place so much , it’s definitely my favorite restaurant. Burgers are the best I’ve had and the milkshakes are divine. I have been 4 times and it has been great every time. Employees are really nice and helpful also . So happy Oklahoma got a shake shack.

This was my first time trying shake shack. We got 2 burgers, one fry, one chocolate shake, and a lemonade. It was $36.
The wait time was around 20 minutes for our food. I ordered at the kiosk and it still asked me for a tip even though the only interaction you get with a service worker is them bringing your food. The lady that brought our food was super nice. The food was nice, although my chicken sandwich barely had a bottom bun. The fries were good even though they were $5 for a small boat. Overall the food was good and so was the service, but the pricing is a bit ridiculous.
