Food is okay. My wife and I had basic cheeseburgers. They seem to be only a little better than a BK/McD cheeseburger, but much more expensive at $7.49/ea. The fries were good with crisp exterior and not mushy in the middle. The onion rings were good but slightly over cooked. The breading was on the verge of starting to burn. We ordered at the self service kiosks and had little interaction with the staff. The server who brought the meal out to us was efficient and the the food was fresh and hot. The atmosphere is industrial and emotionally cold. The restaurant appear neat and clean. Overall a good meal and restaurant. However, I don’t like spending nearly $40 on basic cheeseburgers, fries and beverages. I feel this place is too expensive and not a good value.

I placed a mobile order at this Shake Shack and, as always, the food was fantastic. But what really made an impression on me was the way I was greeted when I came in. The general manager, Chris, was so friendly, and in just a short conversation it was clear how much he cares — not only about the restaurant itself, but about his staff and the community. You can tell he’s genuinely excited about Shake Shack, and for him it’s not just a job. That kind of passion and pride is rare to come across these days, and it really stood out to me. this location is definitely going to be my new go-to.

First time here….wow. The burger and chicken sandwich shined as some of the best sandwiches I’ve had locally (especially the burger). Will be returning. Staff was friendly too and service was super fast. Make sure if you go to sign up for their rewards and check their deals! A deal available to me on sign up saved me $9.99. I know that sounds like a planted review line but seriously…thank you Shake Shack Staff!

I love this Shake Shack it is fast pace great quality and the manger Marria is very welcoming and acquainted with great costumer service she DESERVES a raise! Not a lot of mangers take’s care of the customers but she genuinely cares about the service! I am always satisfied coming to the novi shake shack!

Big mistake thinking shake shack still had good chicken they changed it and now its generic sysco frozen crap probably. Also why the hell are you gonna have a tip option I tipped and tipped well and my burger came out looking like one cook dropped it and another cook stepped on it and slipped and the both just wrapped it up and served it too me.

I come to this location OFTEN. I don’t live in town. But when I come, I stop by. I went today, found out about the Sunday chicken sandwich deal. I PUT IT IN THE CART, applied the coupon. Thought it was added on because that’s what the app said and it wasn’t. I wait, get my order, realize it’s not there. I go in and talk to I’m assuming she’s a manager the way she was barking at the staff. But She was rude! I’m telling her what happened and asking her if it came thru. Tried to show her to coupon and all and she brushed it off and said she couldn’t do anything. Sucks because the sandwich wasn’t for me, granted it’s a free sandwich don’t see why it couldn’t had been fixed afterwards, OR the least she could’ve done was help me apply it to another order, but I guess she was money hungry.
