Honestly speaking, I am not a Hamburger Person. My daughter and her Friends love Shake Shack. I just didn’t understand why. To me once Q hamburger they are all the same. Yesterday, while at Northpark Mall, I decided to eat Hamburger from Shake Shack. Finally, my thoughts about hamburgers was changed by Shake Shack. Also it was wrong of me of not trusting and believing with the taste buds of my daughter. Yesterday, Shake Shack proved to me that not all hamburgers are the same. Theirs are uniquely and distinctly has an excellent flavor. I will surely now be a regular!

I’m sorry, but after this interaction and the experience itself I can’t do shake shack anymore.
I arrived there wanting some cheese fries and a burger. I get my food.. tell me why I see hair in between my burger!! I go back to tell them if they can make me another one, a worker scoffs me off and said “yeah yeah okay you will need to wait 20 minutes for a new burger, because of…” and does a gesture with his hand to show the line is full.
Fast forward I just never get my burger and as I’m finishing my fries, why do I see a hair at the bottom of the fries… I repeat AS I FINISH MY FRIES I SEE HAIR… I go back to just try to get my money back and show them the pictures I had taken.
I get my money back in the end but it’s wasnt even about the money it’s principle!!
It’s just the fact that yall would be hiring anyone at this point, the way the workers handle food without gloves and the way they treat customers, like just please do your job omg.
Management please do better.. because what.

I had a meal here sometime this week and I was just appalled for so many reasons. The first being is that the food was incredibly disgusting with how unprepared it was and I unfortunately found a hair in between the patty and condiments midway through eating my burger. The second is I’ve seen the workers being treated so horribly with insults being thrown left and right that made me feel so uncomfortable and worried for my own safety. The last reason is how slow the service was as it took 35 minutes to wait for a simple combo meal which was just unbelievable. To anybody who has or hasn’t dined here before, I implore you not to and instead go eat somewhere else for much better service and quality of food.

The burgers were greasy and was put together very sloopy! When finish almost finish with the fries notice it got hair on it! I go to Shakeshack all the time and will not ever go to this establishment! It’s run by young teenagers!

I reach out to Shake Shack through email after the incident and today the manager Kevin reach out to me today on 12-4-24 and gave me my full refund. He was very nice and professional. He say he was glad that I reach out.

For $15.plus I ordered a flat hotdog, which was given to me dried up and hard, topped with bacon bits. I ordered onion rings, and received 7 small rings. I ordered a small sweet Iced tea and received sweet colored water. Guess what this was my first time visiting Shake Shack and it will be my last.

Love the food (plain cheeseburger + onion rings), but increasingly disappointing service. This has been my go-to pre-movie dinner at NorthPark Mall for a while. But recently, they’re either grossly understaffed, or the person running the front isn’t doing their job. I don’t want to order at the kiosk, but I also don’t want to wait 5+ minutes to place my order. The management team needs to juggle the workload, add someone else to the front end, or be prepared to start losing customers who don’t think that a total of 10+ minutes to order and wait for their food is acceptable for a fast food restaurant.

I got the shroom burger with a chocolate shake one the side. The burger was nice and meaty and I loved biting into the mushroom to have more hot cheese rush out. Shake was a nice pairing to even out the saltiness of the burger.

Absolutely awful experience. The food was bad, the service was even worse, and the employees were unprofessional the entire time. Orders were sloppy and it felt like no one cared at all. I won’t be coming back. Whoever is managing this location is clearly not doing a good job.

Service was good. That is it. I’m not sure if it’s just because it’s at the mall, but this really is not what I expect when I come to shake shack. The burgers and chicken sandwich are just sad looking, the pomegranate lemonade also has no flavor of pomegranate. It’s a shame it was Sunday, I would have gone across the ways to get a better chicken sandwich
