Absolutely amazing place!
The burgers are simply delicious, the fries are great, and the chicken with sauce is incredible -definitely a must-try. A very nice bonus is the free drink refills, which makes the experience even better.
The staff are absolute sweethearts super friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The place is clean, well-kept, and very welcoming.
We’ll definitely be coming back!

They messed up the order going though drive-thru. I ordered 2 burgers but only got charged for 1. Ordered 6 pc nuggets but they charged me for 10pc.. did not ask what kind of drink i wanted for the meal.
I came back to get it corrected and the employee was very nice about it and fixed the order.
Burgers are pretty good, juicy but messy looking. The fries and chicken nuggets were fried in old oil and tasted gross.

Great burger! I had the French Onion burger. It was juicy and flavorful. Love the crispy patty and the soft bun.
The chicken nuggets are delicious. Good size and nice flavor.
The milkshakes are awesome. I had the amore one and it had chocolate chunks in the bottom. Really yummy!

Tried the BBQ burger (no bacon) and the spicy fries with ranch – both solid choices. Tasted just like what I’ve had at other Shake Shack locations, which is a good thing. Everything was fresh, hot, and flavorful.
The Dubai chocolate shake is on the menu right now and it’s definitely worth a try – rich without being overly sweet. If you’re into chocolate, give it a go.

The chicken shack on the other hand is not good at all. Might just be the Shake Shack seasonings but it tasted bad. Was cooked perfect, just the taste was interesting. Any other restaurant is better than this place for chicken sandwiches.
If your coming here for just the burgers, 5/5 stars for sure.

I ordered 2 Big Shack combos. One with no cheese, both with no pickle. I had a side of fries and a side of onion rings, cheese sauce and ranch on the side. I asked for both burgers to be cooked medium they both came out like smashed and burnt charcoal. They had no flavor and were very dry. Each had one slice of tomato the size of a 50 cent piece. The onions were old and limp. I got cheese on the side for my fries and not only was it the smallest cup I have ever seen but it tasted like nacho flavored cheese whiz even worse than that. The fries were old,
hard and cold and the onion rings were a joke and tasted like a paper bag. The soda was flat, no carbonation at all. The best thing about my meals was the milkshake and it was only MID. All this for a price of $46.73. NOT A DEAL ! For what I received it wasn’t even worth $20 ! I’ll give them another try in the future as the place was clean and the staff was nice.

We went to Shake Shack and had an amazing time. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and on point from start to finish. Great energy, great service, and the food was fresh and delicious.
