If your paying this much go to Five Guys for a more bucks worth, if you want similar quality just go to a local Wendy’s or In and Out for a cheaper price… Ordered a three meat burger and it was alright. Since the franchise has about two hundred locations and it’s whole image of quality, it excuses it’s higher prices but it’s still comparable to other places. The strawberry shake I had is nice but just didn’t feel the quality is hitting. Fries were ok. Would consider carefully before coming respectfully

I’ve never been so I was skeptical at first. Very clean plane when you walk in the door. The ordering on the touchscreen is kind of a pain. Wasn’t sure if you could just order at the counter. Made it through the 5 minute process with 3 people to order.
Then the food came out. Better burger than In-N-Out burger. Which is saying a lot as we see how popular that place is. People waiting for an hr for a burger. The fries were just ok. Not a big fan of crinkle cut fries.
We went on a Saturday around 5:30 no line and was eating within 10 minutes.
Great chocolate shake as well.

I’ve heard much racing about Shake Shake, but this was my first time eating at one. Kinda meh!

Ordering isn’t difficult using a touchscreen, but doesn’t provide the to remove items (such a sauce from the BLT I ordered). Thus then requires going to the counter to speak with the staff, which kind of defeats the purpose of ordering with the touchscreen.

I was stunned at how small the sandwich was! It tasted great, but had I known it was going to be of a reduced size, I would have ordered two!

On the plus side, the fries were hot and tasty.

It wasn’t bad, but this probably is the end of my Shake Shack experience.

I came in for a chocolate shake. I was able to skip the self-serve kiosk and place my order at the counter with no waiting. When I was ready to pay I encountered a tip screen. I find that to be aggressive and I generally will deduct one star when I encounter it. The chocolate shake that I received had chunks of ice in it that I ended up just crunching on them. Please see photo. I have only eaten at Shake Shack a few times and don’t recall ever ordering a shake. I was very disappointed in its size in quality, considering what they were asking for it. I am not likely to be back again anytime soon

Shake Shack Montgomery Village. The food quality stands out right away. Burgers arrive hot, juicy, and well seasoned. The beef tastes fresh and the buns stay soft without falling apart. Fries come out crisp and well salted. Service moves efficiently even during busy hours. Orders come out accurate and within a reasonable time. Staff stays friendly and organized, which keeps the flow smooth. The dining area stays clean and comfortable. Seating works well for both quick stops and longer meals. Pricing runs a bit high for fast casual, yet the consistency and quality make it worth returning.

My first time trying this Shakeshack in Santa Rosa, and I was very displeased. I’ve given other locations 5 stars so I’m not sure why this one failed.
My simple order of a small fry and a small drink came out to $15. That was without a burger! That price would’ve been fine, had the portion sizes been normal. The fries came out cold, but the cheese was hot…
Something definitely went wrong with my order, I’m not sure if this is normal.
Also there were no greetings from staff. No hello or goodbye, everything was ordered from a screen 🙁

The store is nice inside, except that it smelled a little weird. There is a counter where you can get ketchup. There is another counter with spots to put your trays. Below that are a trash can, a recycling bin, and a compost bin. There are signs telling you which things go in which bin.

The employees are nice.

I got a burger, fries, and a drink. Without the online coupon I had, it would’ve been around $20. The burger was dry, which may be partially due to the gluten-free bun, but they also didn’t put any condiments on the bottom half of the bun. I had to put ketchup on it so it wouldn’t be dry. Otherwise, it was a good burger. I just got a Shackburger with pickles and onion.

The fries were limited-time parmesan friws and they were really good. The aioli they came with was too strong but good.

The half and half tea and lemonade was good, too.

Overrated.
Burgers were undercooked and made sloppy and tastes like they were frozen.
Fries were frozen, not cooked completely and oily.
Nuggets were seasoned well but salty.
Had to return my root-beer float because it was flat.
Custard was custard.
Never received text informing me my order was ready.
Not sure why all the hype.
$49.20 and I wish I could get a refund.
Wrong location.
Not enough or adequate seating and parking.
Customer service was fine considering opening day.
May not last long.

I feel bad because you know it’s always hard when places with a lot of hype first open up.
So I will go back in a couple months and give it a second shot but as of right now, I’m not a fan.
My mom and I got 2 meals basically, I got a grilled cheese-regular fries-milkshake and she got a burger-specialty fries-diet coke and it was literally 43$…

And we did the ordering ourselves?? Not sure why a tip was involved.

My mom received cold fries which is a bummer and my grilled cheese… well.. just look at the picture.
Quite literally the saddest grilled cheese I’ve ever seen lol and for almost 7$… I could have and should have just made one at home.

Anyways, the workers were INCREDIBLE and are handling the pressure well! Smiles and all around super helpful and will get you whatever you need while dining in. Very attentive and welcoming!

Side note, my mom’s fries didn’t not look like the picture. I’m not sure if we order it wrong or what but I’ll attach a photo of what she ordered versus what she got..

I saw this location completely packed around Christmas so I had an idea that it would be impressive. We came in around 11:30 on a Sunday morning, the place was probably ¼ full. The gal at the register was extremely friendly and had impressive customer service skills for a fast casual burger joint. The food was just plain ole’ good in that old fashioned kind of way. Smash burgers and crispy, flavorful fries. It took less then 5 minutes from paying for the food to it coming to the table.
