Then the food came out. Better burger than In-N-Out burger. Which is saying a lot as we see how popular that place is. People waiting for an hr for a burger. The fries were just ok. Not a big fan of crinkle cut fries.
We went on a Saturday around 5:30 no line and was eating within 10 minutes.
Great chocolate shake as well.
Ordering isn’t difficult using a touchscreen, but doesn’t provide the to remove items (such a sauce from the BLT I ordered). Thus then requires going to the counter to speak with the staff, which kind of defeats the purpose of ordering with the touchscreen.
I was stunned at how small the sandwich was! It tasted great, but had I known it was going to be of a reduced size, I would have ordered two!
On the plus side, the fries were hot and tasty.
It wasn’t bad, but this probably is the end of my Shake Shack experience.
My simple order of a small fry and a small drink came out to $15. That was without a burger! That price would’ve been fine, had the portion sizes been normal. The fries came out cold, but the cheese was hot…
Something definitely went wrong with my order, I’m not sure if this is normal.
Also there were no greetings from staff. No hello or goodbye, everything was ordered from a screen 🙁
The employees are nice.
I got a burger, fries, and a drink. Without the online coupon I had, it would’ve been around $20. The burger was dry, which may be partially due to the gluten-free bun, but they also didn’t put any condiments on the bottom half of the bun. I had to put ketchup on it so it wouldn’t be dry. Otherwise, it was a good burger. I just got a Shackburger with pickles and onion.
The fries were limited-time parmesan friws and they were really good. The aioli they came with was too strong but good.
The half and half tea and lemonade was good, too.
Burgers were undercooked and made sloppy and tastes like they were frozen.
Fries were frozen, not cooked completely and oily.
Nuggets were seasoned well but salty.
Had to return my root-beer float because it was flat.
Custard was custard.
Never received text informing me my order was ready.
Not sure why all the hype.
$49.20 and I wish I could get a refund.
Wrong location.
Not enough or adequate seating and parking.
Customer service was fine considering opening day.
May not last long.
So I will go back in a couple months and give it a second shot but as of right now, I’m not a fan.
My mom and I got 2 meals basically, I got a grilled cheese-regular fries-milkshake and she got a burger-specialty fries-diet coke and it was literally 43$…
And we did the ordering ourselves?? Not sure why a tip was involved.
My mom received cold fries which is a bummer and my grilled cheese… well.. just look at the picture.
Quite literally the saddest grilled cheese I’ve ever seen lol and for almost 7$… I could have and should have just made one at home.
Anyways, the workers were INCREDIBLE and are handling the pressure well! Smiles and all around super helpful and will get you whatever you need while dining in. Very attentive and welcoming!
Side note, my mom’s fries didn’t not look like the picture. I’m not sure if we order it wrong or what but I’ll attach a photo of what she ordered versus what she got..
