Stopped by Shake Shack in Mason and had a good overall experience. The food was standard Shake Shack quality — consistent and exactly what you expect. I ordered the ShackBurger and cheese fries, and everything came out fast and on time, which was great.
When I arrived, seating was available, but within about 10 minutes the place filled up and people started waiting for tables. The layout isn’t the best due to limited seating, especially during peak times, but that’s more of a space constraint than a service issue.
Overall, quick service, reliable food, and a solid Shake Shack experience. Would definitely come back

I have been to many Shake Shacks around the country and this one is by far the absolute worst.
A joke of lettuce, over cooked burger. Everything slapped together like they truly don’t care. And worst of all they don’t change the oil they fry food in. The fries even taste nasty and old even when they came out hot.
Literally the worst Shake Shack I have ever been to.
Management needs to do a better job hiring here or get a new GM to run the store.

You’ll get what you expect BUT I will say this location has a weird layout. There isn’t much seating inside and has a lot of wasted space in the front.

Very disappointing to see this!! There is no way the person cooking those did not see how burnt they were! 2 bits in and all you can taste is burnt crisp!! Sadly they got thrown away!!

Not the best place in the world but for my first time there, they did pretty good. Not thrilled but I will come back because the food was good. Especially for an introvert there is little communication and yet good expectations that were met. The shakes were pretty delicious I would recommend the cookies and cream one. While there burgers were slightly overcooked for my liking the burger was ok, I forget what the exact name was. But ones again my experience here was good but not great.

I love going to Shake Shack but the new location put a bad taste in my mouth. My Double shack burger didn’t have any toppings on it. It was just burger and cheese. Plus the patties were cooked completely different. One patty was very pink inside and the second was a more normal color (well done) for that style of burger. And the onion rings were burnt. Also the chicken sandwich was burnt as well. Only had pictures of the burnt onion rings which tasted so bad we just threw it away. Plus we got a Boba drink and they didn’t have boba in the drink since they ran out. For over $35 dollars for two people getting burgers this is unacceptable.

Took the kids to Shake Shack and somehow survived the ordering process with three opinions, zero negotiations, and only mild chaos. That alone deserves five stars.
Burgers were juicy, fries disappeared in about 30 seconds flat, and for a few glorious minutes all three kids were quiet because they were too busy eating. Parents everywhere know that’s the real sign of a great meal.
Great food, fast service, and a rare moment of peace at the table. We’ll definitely be back.

We’ve never been to any Shake Shack. Figured takeout on Valentine’s Day would be a good time to try this new location. Oof. I’m not sure if they’re still working the bugs out or if it was busier than they anticipated but we waited 35 minutes for our order: one burger, 2 fries, 2 shakes. The staff was clearly overwhelmed and at one point said, “We have so many orders, we don’t know what order numbers match each order.” On the good side, the staff was nice despite being super busy. The food was good but I’m not sure I’d go back to this location again.
