I haven’t been to Shake Shack since Las Vegas about 8 years ago. Decided to stop on my way home from a job in my goodness was I blown away. The beef tasted like prime cut smash burgers. Super fresh vegetables, great bun, great sauce. I also got the Parmesan fries and I used that Parmesan dip on the burger and it was insane. When I’m in the area, I will definitely be going back, really wanna try their chicken sandwich as well.

The atmosphere is very pleasant and clean. The people at the counter are friendly and professional. I am not a regular fast food eater, but I tried their veggie burger other than the high sodium which I tasted because I am sensitive the burger was prepared fresh and packaged with care. Overall the food taste like an old school dairy bar. ! Enjoy

Burgers were good. Fries were not my top pick but still good. Onion rings were very good the last time I got them. I wish they did full combos instead of having to order the burger, side and drink separately but overall, food is good and I enjoy eating from here.

The burger came out misshapen and with cheese only. I checked with them and was told that they all come out with sauce. The burger was very dry. I had to keep dumping ketchup on it and drinking my milkshake in order to get it down.
It’s kind of strange because I have been to another shake shack and had none of these issues. It is a little busy. I only saw one table get wiped down. There was a bit of trash on the floor.
The fries were good and the vanilla shake was good. Denise was with me and she liked her burger. However, she likes hers dry. Although we didn’t request no sauce. So, I guess they got it 60% correct.
I won’t eat here again and cannot recommend it.
There is another Shake Shack in Cherry Hill. Near the NJ Turnpike. It is always a great place to eat. And it’s much busier than this one in Marlton. So, I don’t understand why it’s so different.
I guess that they should probably work on having a consistent product. And delivering a better product. I spent $47 and change on two double cheeseburgers two small fries and a small drink and a small vanilla shake.
It’s a bit much for what we received. I actually would have preferred McDonald’s to this particular Shake Shack.
I usually write favourable reviews. In this case I just can’t. I have to tell you this way it was for us. I hope that you have a better result if you decide to try it out.

Alec is amazing, courteous, friendly and has exceptional customer service. I highly recommend coming to this location, instead of the others. The store is spotless, they have a large clean dining area and you are greeted with a smile. Alanis was my cashier and she was friendly as well. Thank you Alec for making my visit awesome❤️

Very disappointed in my shake shack order tonight. It was cold, for one, and the chicken nuggets now are like generic Tyson frozen nuggets. Why did you guys change your nuggets? The hand breaded ones were elite. These are like any other fast food joints now. Also, the avocado on the burger was 2 thin slices barely visible and all brown. Gross. Very disappointed.

Great place for delicious burgers, although I do love the hot dogs too! We tried the chicken sandwich and it was pretty good, but the burgers and cheese fries are the best. They also have amazing milkshakes. Service is good, they seem to have a good system in getting the food out. Definitely one of our favorite places!!

My 5 year old.nephew wanted to go to Wendy’s but I suggested that we go to Shake Shack. I asked him how was his cheeseburger and he said its an 11 out of 10! The cashier was courteous, patient and detailed oriented while we placed a special order. She also greeted us when we first came in. She later came to our table to ask how was our meal. She went above and beyond. The restaurant was clean, food was great and customer service was.excellent!
