Had an absolutely fabulous cheeseburger at shake shack today.
The service was impeccable.
The restaurant was clean.
The restrooms were clean.

Went there today customer service was good, asked for a single burger and got this sauce I have no idea what sauce this is I don’t see where the website said the single burger had a sauce. Not big of a deal but the burger just looks really skimpy and I got a small piece for my lettuce. Very low quality might be back someday to give it another chance but so far this is a no.

We just spent $80 for four people at this restaurant, and honestly, it was incredibly disappointing.
I have absolutely no problem paying premium prices — but when you charge premium money, the food quality, portion size, and overall experience need to match. If you’re going to charge $20 per meal, you need to deliver a $20 product.
The burger was smaller than the palm of my hand — maybe a quarter-pound at best. The fries came in a tiny container comparable to a small at McDonald’s, and the standard drink that came with the meal felt closer to a kids’ size than an adult portion.
To put it in perspective, I could have ordered a kids’ meal at a fast-food chain and received roughly the same amount of food.
The flavor was decent — I’ll absolutely give them credit for that. But taste alone doesn’t justify these prices when the portions are this small. There has to be value alignment between cost and what’s delivered.

This location was a pleasure to visit. The food was very fresh and tasted delicious. I love the loaded cheese fries, and the cookies and cream shake with whipped cream. The staff were fast and efficient on getting my order out. The staff was also very friendly and kind and the store was clean and well-maintained.

This restaurant has good food and staff but a unwelcome buisness concept. You walk in and only get a human to take your order if you pay cash. Otherwise if you pay with credit card you get a Kia with no help to order food and no employee discount for doing the restaurants job on providing a real person. Thus is a terrible approach when part of going out to eat is human interaction with other humans.

The food here is good! We ordered chicken sandwiches, the spicy cheese fries and regular fries with an Oreo shake. Everything was good. The burgers are better, in my option but I know a good amount of people that love the chicken sandwiches more.
The staff is friendly. The only reason I’m rating a 4 star is because of the speed of service is slow. The cleanliness of the bathrooms were also unappealing.

The food was well presented. The patio is ample and nice. They don’t ask for tips. I took a small birthday party of 6 tweens and it worked great for that.

First and last time ordering anything. Ordered online and the shroom burger was a negative 3. It was burnt and the size did not match the picture. Got onion rings well aboit 7 and they where horrible. Tasted like nothing but oil. The shake was the only good thing i had that a tually tasted good. Rename the lace to the shake cause there is not shack in sight. Do not recommend this place. Over priced subpar food.

I ordered at the kiosk but it wouldn’t take my card. One of the staff members noticed and helped very quickly! The food was hot and delicious. And the shakes were cold and tasty! The vanilla chocolate tasted just like a frosty from Wendy’s.

I stopped at Shake Shack for a quick dinner. I ordered the Shack Stack with a side of Cheese Fries. I paid $18 and some change, and it seemed a bit pricey for a burger.
