Hip, counter-serve chain for gourmet takes on fast-food classics like burgers & frozen custard.

From Vancouver Canada. Soooo jealous we don’t have Shake shack. It was the best fast food burger I ever had. Tops a lot of fancy burger places too. Everthing meshed well together. Everything. Service, speed, taste. Ate alone in my car saying MMMM after every bite. Well done. BRING SHAKE SHACK TO VANCOUVER!

Wow, I have not been so disappointed in a location in so long. This place is a disaster. Literally no one manning the counter, totally backed up using the stupid kiosks to order. The people that are supposed to bring your dine-in order just call your name a couple of times and then disregard the order all together (there are people, including me,that were sitting outside with our number just waiting for our food). It took literally FOREVER to get the order finished, I’m talking like 25 mins or more (this is not they type of establishment, if I wanted to wait 25 mins I would’ve gone to a restaurant). The cleanliness of the kitchen was gross. Staff members were wearing cloves but than processed to touch everything with their gloves and then handle food. I will never revisit this location.

AI restaurant. No human to take your order so you take extra time to navigate the menu on screen. Card only transactions. No cash. Expect to wait 15 minutes to order if there are several people ahead of you; depending on their ability to navigate the screen.
Burgers are very good. Fries will not be served hot, slightly warm at best. But the price is still two and a half$.

Order from kiosk terminal
Mushroom burger, fries, Shake. All fresh, great temperature… delicious.
The server was kind and kept the dining area clean.
Good atmosphere, can get crowded-but has some outside seating too.
Next to the movie theater is a plus with parking.

The avocado bacon burger was very good. The fries were so-so without sauce, okay with ketchup. The cheese sauce for the cheese fries tasted very artificial, but we ordered it on the side so we were able to use ketchup for dipping instead. My son reported that the chicken nuggets were also good. The strawberry lemonade was VERY sweet.
Ordering is done purely by kiosk, but customizing orders was easy enough.

Stopped by here late on a weeknight. There were at least 6 employees working. There was great communication and the restaurant was spotless. Easy ordering system w the cashier or the tables. Love the new drink and speciality menu items

As I was wrapping up last minute Christmas shopping and as I looked up what was in the area and SS popped up in the list. I wasn’t going to go but the advertisement for the Black Truffle Burger caught my attention. I have a new found affinity for truffle sauce now in my older age and that advertisement landed at the perfect time, so in I went and purposefully did not substitute the angus beef burger.
Inside the restaurant was bustling, there was a short line. You place your order yourself at one of the kiosks mounted on the front check-in counter. I placed my order for the Black Truffle Burger, crinkle cut fries their seasonal Apple Cider Donut shake.
THE BURGER – 100% angus burger topped with Gruyère cheese and black truffle sauce made with real black truffle oil, crispy sweet onions on a potato bun. PERFECTION not sure who came up with that combo but those bold, smoky flavors blended together so well. My only regret was that I got a single patty and not a double.
THE FRIES – they were cooked to the right amount of crispness, I dipped them in a side of shack sauce and it was everything I needed it to be.
THE SHAKE – it was interesting, I felt like they could have made the flavor a tad bit more bolder/pronounced.
I will definitely be back and hopefully BEFORE the limited time expires. I truly enjoyed ALL of my food.

Solid burgers & fries, plus great service. The pickup attendant was very helpful in making sure we had all the condiments we needed. The seasonal shakes are usually good, but you can never go wrong with the black and white.

This is my first time eating here, I was torn because I didn’t think it was going to be good. But to my surprise, when I walked in, I was greeted with good customer service by a young man, and he made me feel welcomed. Even though it was a 15min wait with my order and I was told before I ordered because they were so busy. However it was definitely worth the wait, the food was fired I had the smoke Burger and I even tried the shroom Burger which was fired. They have vegetarian options and they also carry milkshakes which look really good but I didn’t get one. However I was impressed by how clean the place was and even the bathrooms were pretty decent. Service was really good and I recommend this place if you have not come yet

It’s just okay. The food was not bad, it was not great. It was mediocre.
It really wasn’t much difficult or better than a fast food burger (McDonald’s or Burger King).
Value… it’s not worth it. There are certainly better options fill you belly and better option of where to spend.
This was our first time ever at a ShakeShake and I am sure it will be our only time.
Disappointed.
