This was my first visit to a Shake Shack, and I thought it was really good. It’s a bit pricey for fast food, but the interior was quite nice and the food was better than normal. I just got a French onion burger with fries, but the burger tasted quite decadent. It had plenty of onions and cheese, and was greasy without being overly so. The fries were tasty too. Their menu has tons of options, so it’d be easy to try something new each time. It might not be the healthiest meal option, but it’s definitely a flavorful one.

The tiramisu custard shake was the best I’ve ever had! 10/10 The chocolate shake was delicious too. The K Burger was decent, but the burger felt overpriced for the average taste and quantity. The grilled cheese sandwich was served cold. Definitely try the shakes — I’d pass on the rest.

The guy that took my order at the counter was friendly. This was my first experience. I thought it was a little overpriced for what I got. My bugar wasn’t even hot. The table wasn’t cleaned it was almost $40 for two burgers combos and the burgers are not your typical size burger..

Loved the burger. The self order kiosks are a nice touch. The prices however were much higher than expected … for a burger and fries, putting the experience into more of the ‘luxury expenditure’ category. Will definitely come back…

This was our first time trying Shake Shack, and unfortunately it wasn’t a great experience. The employees were kind, attentive, and polite — I truly appreciate good customer service, and they did thank us for coming in and encouraged us to come back soon.
We each ordered a burger, cheese fries, and a shake. We also tried the chicken bites and a hot dog. I downloaded the app and received a free chicken sandwich since it was Sunday, which was a nice perk.
However, there were several issues. I found a hair in my cheese fries and had to ask for a new order. By that point, I ended up packing up the rest of my food. The food is all mid and we dont understand the hype around it all. Very basic overpriced food. The restaurant was very cold at our time of visit, which made it uncomfortable to sit and eat. On top of that, the restrooms were being cleaned the entire time we were dining, so we had to smell strong cleaner while trying to eat.
For the price and the drive, it just wasn’t worth it to us. I even mentioned to my partner that I’m glad we don’t have a Shake Shack near us because I won’t miss it and don’t plan on coming back. I do appreciate the friendliness of the staff, but overall the experience did not match the cost.

Bought a couple of burgers. Was fresh and tasted pretty good. Could have used more onions and less lettuce. This was the first time visiting a Shake Shack for me as I was out of town for an appointment. Got 2 burgers via takeout for my dad and I. Wasn’t very busy at the moment, so I ordered at the front counter as opposed to the kiosk or drive thru. Employees were super friendly. Restaurant was very clean and well stocked with condiments and such. Was a bit on the pricey side, but isn’t almost everything these days? Would most likely visit again while in the area.

The black truffle burger was good. The avocado bacon burger was ok. However, the shack burger was a thumbs down. The lettuce and tomato, so thin and little, why bother. I found the buns to be too soft, mushing from the greasiness of the burger.
The crinkle fries were good.
The brownies shake was good but not much of the advertised hot cocoa.
More malt for the chocolate shake was needed.

I wasn’t planning on going here, but very pleasantly surprised. Not a fast food which honestly is what I kind of thought when my nephew gave me the name. Good food if your not in the mood for waiter, but want better than fast food but not quite Fridays. This a good in between the middle spot.

The food here is pretty good, I do like it. Its just so expensive to really say it’s worth it. You’re paying as much as a sit down restaurant but it’s not quite as good.
Surprisingly their chicken is very good even though I think of them more as a burger place.
Really, I do like the food a lot, you’ll just be spending an incredible amount of money for fast casual food and it just ain’t it.
