Placed an app order with a 9-14 minute completion time. After arriving at the store and waiting 30 minutes, an employee finally asked for a name on the order. Was told it was being bagged at that moment. Waited an additional 10 minutes to finally receive our order after being told it was being bagged…. Checked the items in the bag and was shorted three orders of fries. Waited an additional 10 minutes to receive those fries. So after 50 minutes of waiting , finally went home to enjoy our cold food. And then I opened up my avocado bacon cheeseburger. What a site of burnt, inedible, goodness. But it gets better with the quarter sized sliver of avocado that was served on the burger. What an absolute disgrace of an establishment. Been to quite a few Shake Shacks and I don’t understand how this one can be so poorly ran. I gave them leniency when they first opened but dear lord they should just close or just fire the entire management team. Maybe the one on Mason Montgomery can do a better job.

Let me start by saying have been to this restaurant a few times in the past I have never gotten a rare burger. This time it was raw and mushy as you can tell by the picture it was under cooked. I don’t live close by so I waisted my money. And we all know the cost is expensive compared to other burger joints.

Shake shack never disappoints you. Their signature Shroom Burger and Shackburger are always fresh and delicious. Fries are a hit or miss in this location. The self ordering kiosk is so easy to use.

Absolutely delicious burger! I got the double cheeseburger plain. 10/10! Fries were good, cheese sauce was good. Chocolate shake was excellent as well, very Chocolatey and thick, restaurant very clean, nice staff…. a couple of gripes… a bit expensive, $22 for burger fries and shake seems a bit much, also ordered food to go and they never called my name or number??? so after I saw everyone else get theres I had to investigate… but like I said it was delicious, ill be back to try more menu items

this place fire i’d prolly compare it to culvers mixed with steak and shake ts around the same price point maybe a little more depending on wachu get. the spicy cheese fries was my favorite part of the whole meal but the burger was really good also. shack sauce is mid but i don’t hate it i got extra for my fries and it just taste weird to me idek. ts was gas doe i wouldn’t come back like every week type good but maybe like every 2 months u feel me

Very disappointed!!!! They had drive thru shut down which is fine we went in side and placed an order on the kiosk. Not sure why you’re asking for tips this is a fast food. They don’t clear the tables and the don’t wait on you so for them to drop a tray they want a tip. The food was cold and the shake was warm 60 bucks for 2 burgers 2 shakes & a side of fries. Literally worse place to eat in Liberty we won’t be back.

Have tried this specific location 3 times and will not be returning. I hear people rave about it, but it is just one of the worst burgers you can get around, especially for the astronomical price. Five guys, Freddy’s, smashburger, steak n shake, etc. are all significantly better for a similar (if not slightly cheaper) price.
And how convenient is it that you can’t online order when there’s a promotion going on ONLY for online ordering.
The staff who work here though are doing a great job, had a great experience with them. All of the workers deserve raises ASAP.
Look at this burger I got from them. Onions half the size of the burger. They gave me two bottom buns with no sauce too, even though i ordered shack sauce. Second time that’s happened.

Amazing experience! Mike really took the time to welcome me in as a new customer. Definitely upgrade to the double as the burger was excellent but for a guy of my size two patties minimum! I had the fries with cheese and bacon, the portion was perfect, the exact right amount of cheese and bacon for the amount of potatoes. Not to soggy and just enough flavor to last to the bottom. The oreo milk shake was nice and thick but easily consumed through the straw. Great for a stop in or if your visiting the area and never had shake shake before Definitely check them out!

workers were great but the food itself is not worth the price it is listed as. This is a fast food and to get a meal you have to spend 20$ just for one meal. The sandwich isn’t even big enough to be worth 9$ by itself. The fries look okay but not phenomenal. I really do feel like i wasted my money here. I only bought the korean bbq styled burger, my total was 9$ and something cents. the burger didn’t even satisfy my hunger. that’s how small and normal it is but priced crazy. Either make ur burgers bigger or reduce ur prices.
