I ordered online and I was notified my food was ready so I went inside. My food was not ready. I don’t like standing or sitting inside the store but ended up waiting 10 min. Why send a notification that my food is ready when it’s not. When I got my food the shake was half thawed. You can’t have peoples food just sitting for 10 min then hand it to them warm or cold. They made my shake over even though they looked upset but it’s five dollars I want it made right so I decided to give my humble opinion. There has to be better communication so the food is not sitting. And when an order is not ready don’t lie unless it’s a system thing it needs to be fixed. I was really tired and really just wanted to scoop my food and go. The burger was great and the shake. Thank you and I hope business gets better

I told myself if it happened twice I would leave a review. I ordered from Uber Eats and both times my burgers were raw. I received a full refund already but I will never be ordering from this store again. I can understand a little pink, but when my burger is bleeding red I want to throw up.

I recently visited this location and had mixed feelings about my experience. The burgers were okay, but the chicken nuggets were a letdown. They were overcooked and fried in old oil, which was dark brown and gave the food a bitter flavor. To make matters worse, they were dripping with oil, making them unappetizing. The picture attached shows the replacement nuggets I received, but unfortunately, they were just as bad as the original order. Additionally, the employees didn’t seem to care about my concerns or the food quality. Overall, I was disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience. Overrated brand!!

My wife, mom, and I went to eat here after black friday shopping because it was the closest thing to the mall and it was something easy, but by the time we were done it was more than that. There weren’t parking spots available but to their credit a spot opened quickly due to serving people promptly. It was busy but not too loud or crowded, creating a relaxing atmosphere. We were able to find a table and the staff was attentive while we were there ensuring we had everything we needed from wipes to our refills. They prepared the wrong order and quickly corrected it without a long wait. The burgers were delicious and the chicken nuggets were amazing (first time I had them). It was a great choice to eat there and relaxing moment within a busy day, I can’t wait to go back. Make sure you stop by and you tell them I sent you.

I put an order in for a chicken sandwich with cheese and fries, when I complained that my sandwich wasn’t hot, the asst.mgr Shannon i believe her name is and also was cooking in the kitchen at the time, was very unprofessional about the situation instead of just remaking the sandwich saying it was hot when I’m the one eating it. She gave attitude constantly going on about people this and that. The gentleman in the kitchen with her made my sandwich over for me and it was fine. She needs some hospitality training.

The ShackBurger was a perfect combination of a juicy beef patty, fresh lettuce, tomato, and that special ShackSauce, all nestled within a soft, slightly toasted bun. The flavors harmonized wonderfully, making each bite a delightful experience. The patty had just the right amount of char and a succulent, well-seasoned taste.
The regular fries, served hot and crispy, were a great accompaniment to the burger. They had that unmistakable potato goodness with a satisfying crunch. Plus, they didn’t skimp on the portion size, which was a definite plus.
The inviting outdoor setting outside the mall provided a pleasant atmosphere for dining. It’s always a joy to enjoy a meal in such a vibrant and open space. The staff was friendly and efficient, which added to the overall positive experience.

The best thing about this place is the customer service. They were so kind and caring. The workers were busting their butts and I have to commend the fact that they stop were professionals. We went to other restaurants in the area but had a poor experience. This was great.

Nothing wrong with the place, but I did try their limited edition menu, the K-Chicken Bites or whatever they were called and it was not really that good imo. I’d probably just stick with the classics here like a burger and some fries.
