Kierland Commons is such a cool area. So much great shopping and restaurants. Shake shack is one of the only fast food places but it also looks like a newer store. You order off the ipad which I am not the biggest fan. I had the burger, chicken, and fried chicken sandwich. Never had the fried chicken sandwich and it was pretty good. It was overly crispy with very little meat but still good. The burger was delicious as usual. Would come back!

This was my first time visiting shakeshake. Overall, it was a good experience . The restaurant is clean and organized. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The food was good and hot. The downfall is that they don’t have combo deals. everything is separately ordered, and it gets expensive.
I still recommend this place.

I tried the spicy Korean chicken sandwich and it left a lot to be desired. I also tried the Korean spicy fries and they were alright. My friends got the Korean BBQ burger and it looked bomb, that is what I should have tried. At a place that specializes in burgers I should have known better. The restaurant is located in a cool shopping center with plenty around to do.

After seeing the dubai shake all over the social media, tried their dubai shake which is available only for a limited time. It’s very good but not outstanding. I love the fact that it’s perfectly sweetened, not even a bit over sweet. It does have the katifi added as in Dubai chocolate. Nice pistachio flavor overall. I just wish they incorporated chocolate somehow as that’s missing. Although cup is covered with chocolate it’s doesn’t melt or get any of those pieces. Overall definitely worth a try. Make sure to call before as they are limited and you can’t order it online or app. Staff were friendly and great atmosphere as it’s in the kierkand commons

Just had a fantástico lunch at the Shake Shack Kierland Commons. I went with my wife and three girls and we all found items that we’re perfect for us. I had a double truffle burger while my wife and two daughters each had the bacon avocado burger. My other daughter had a hot dog. We also ordered a fry and a cheese fry altogether. It was ample food for us to fill up.
The restaurant is nice and has a festive atmosphere. It’s located in Kierland Commons and has a nice outdoor area with plenty of seats and a little play area for the kids.
There’s always plenty of parking at Kierland Commons as well.
The price was a little higher than I’d like for a burger lunch but that’s what you get with high-quality food. Will definitely be back for another meal at Shake shack

Memorable and spot on impressive! Satisfies the craving for a really good burger! Lemonade was quality and not overly sugary. Not a huge burger and a bit high priced, but everything was as perfect as you can get so I’m not complaining.

We were really disappointed with our experience at this Shake Shack location. We’ve always enjoyed Shake Shack and even came from Canada looking forward to it, but this visit wasn’t up to the usual standard.
First, our food was brought out incorrectly. We ordered cheese fries, but regular fries were delivered. We went back and got that fixed, but once we sat down again, we noticed the burgers were made wrong as well – the veggie burger was supposed to have onions and lettuce, but those toppings were put on the beef burger instead.
When I went to grab condiments, there was no ketchup left and there weren’t even any containers available to put ketchup in once it would be refilled. Everything was empty.
I’ve always been satisfied with Shake Shack, but based on this experience, I’d probably avoid this location in the future. It was disappointing, especially considering we were excited to stop here during our trip.

We stood at the counter for a few minutes before anyone acknowledged us… I didn’t like that. There were two young employees just chatting at the cash register… And one of them swiped a credit card like he was purchasing his own meal. I wish that they would have said hi. We’ll be with you in just a moment but instead we were just ignored. Then when they brought out our chicken bites they didn’t give us any any fork to eat it with and the common area that has water and napkins didn’t supply straws or utensils. It was a very busy time because there was an art /wine festival happening so you think that they would be prepared. I had to go up twice… Once to ask for a fork which should have been delivered with the food and another to ask for a straw.

Incredibly long wait for only cheese fries and a burger. My food was ordered at 8:17 and I’m just getting my food at 8:43. The couple sitting next to me who ordered right after me are going up to check on their food too. Ridiculous. I love Shake Shack and this was a terrible experience.
