Well, the only way to order is using their tablets, and someone really needs to clean those things once in a while. Also, the information on them is not very informative. I had to ask if the iced tea was sweet or unsweet, after I got someone’s attention. The restrooms are locked and the code is supposed to be on your receipt except you don’t really get a receipt. I tried the number on my text message, but I couldn’t get it to work. Once I did get in, I found that they are in serious need of a cleaning, and a warning should be posted that the hot water is scalding hot. Condiments for the burgers are self serve. I got three ice cubes in my iced tea, and my food was cold. In general, it wasn’t a great day to eat at this restaurant. But most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Place is absolutely packed, but the food is just so good. Make sure you place an order ahead of time so you don’t wait too long. They have some of the best fast food burgers that exist! Definitely give it a try if you have never had it

DELICIOUS ! Get the banana pudding shake, it is phenomenal. It is a translucent experience that will forever be coined in your memory. The burger is always good ! Shake Shack is always worth the try !

Slightly disappointed with the overall experience when I ate here. I didn’t think that the quality to value ratio was very high. The burger was tasty, but diminutive. I think you will find better quality to value at another burger chain whose name I won’t mention here. In comparison, they give an enormous amount of fries along with free drink refills when you dine in there, but not at Shake Shack. Also, the surrounding area is a veritable ghost town now, with a high amount of closed down businesses. This is not the fault of Shake Shack, but depressing nonetheless. It was alright, but you could do better if you have time to do some research for food establishments in this geographical area.

I’m not sure why it’s so difficult for employees at this location to provide customers with what they pay for. The photo below shows the cheese sauce that came with the fries, as well as the extra cheese sauce that I purchased. Neither container is even halfway full. This is not an uncommon occurrence either.

The French dip sandwich was so nasty that I spit it out as I chewed and needed to wash out my mouth with sink water. The worst au just i ever tasted. So disappointed, what a waste of money.

Chicken Shack sandwich was delicious, probably the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had One of the employees (Melvin) was very nice and got us refills without even being asked. Nice dude. Service was 10 out of 10.

I’ve been at this location so many times and it’s usually not a problem. But this time when I got carry out (did not check food until I returned to work) there were multiple pieces of hair strands in my food. Now one small hair strand I can overlook but 4 pieces of long hair strands all over my fries… I immediately lost my appetite. That’s $20 down the drain.
