Visiting the shake shack after a gap of 4+ years. Last time I remember visiting it in 2019 at their 33rd/34th St location. Thankfully this time I tried out the hamburger instead of sides.
I ordered a shack burger, crinkle cut fries topped with cheese and frozen hot cocoa shake.
The shack burger was good especially the potato bun which was really soft with the right amount of butter applied while toasting it. The patty was cooked to perfection and now I understand why people consider this chain as the best one in the town!
Fries weren’t that good, they lacked the crisp and were a bit on the salty side but the portion size was good.
Frozen hot chocolate shake was really delicious and I felt this was probably the best shake I have had in a while! The shake was topped with marshmallows and it felt really delicious.
Overall a good experience, the ambiance of the place is great and the service is quick too!

Great spot. Gluten free options marked on the menu with calories noted for everything. Nice vibe, street side outdoor seating and patio in the back with glass roof that’s nice.

We had two Black Truffle ‘Shroom Burgers, French Fries and a Coke. The burgers were delicious. Well presented too. Average pricing. Nice ambiance for a fast food joint. Good service. Friendly staff.

The ambience of this place is great, and in the back there are seatings under a glass ceiling. The place is modern, and you can place the order on the touch screens. The place was not busy when I ordered, but it took a while for the order to come out. And the burger was small. The experience was disappointing here.

I previously rated this place three stars because the Chick’n Shack sandwich was dry. But we have since tried it a few more times and the sandwich has been consistently good. So four stars.
We usually placed the order via their app when we were about 15 minutes away. The order was ready when we got there.
We liked the “double” Shack Burger and Chick’n Shack sandwich. Fries could be crunchier.

Overall a good experience for me and I think, for the price point, definitely one of the best burger and shake place in town for me to add to my order rotation list. The environment is nice
Burger was flavorful and fries had amazing texture (we ate too fast to forget to take pictures lol). Shake taste like most other shakes I had and on par with expectations.
Not sure if the place was designed with pandemic in mind but was definitely a streamlined and enjoyable experience to order and sit down.

Totally worth their reputation! The burgers are everything you wish for a burger: juicy and crusty patty, soft potato buns, good cheddar cheese, a good sauce and some toppings ( the cheese stuffed fried portobello was amazing)

A place where you can get delicious burgers and fries and the best milk shakes in town. I love the shake shack sauce with my burger and fries. And my favorite is the vanilla and chocolate milkshake. The store is clean , Convniently located and close to the light rail. The staff was friendly. There are many seats and tables inside and you can also opt to sit outside if you like. Unfortunately, there is no parking here and a bit difficult to find street parking.
