My burger was super expensive! 13$ just for the burger to be super greasy and lacking flavor! The guy who took our order was super nice, and our food came out warm and hot! I didn’t order fries or a drink because it would have been +20$ for a lunch! Overall service was good but it doesn’t mean much cause the food wasn’t too good! I’m willing to try it again!

I visited the Shake Shack on Arapahoe Road in Greenwood Village, Colorado and ordered a burger and fries through the drive-thru. When I got home and opened the bag, I noticed that the bun was wet and had a strong, unpleasant smell. It did not smell or feel like a normal bun at all — it felt unsanitary, so I removed it and only ate the meat.
I work as a cook, and burgers are one of the simplest food items to prepare. There is no reason a bun should arrive wet and smelling off like that.
I called the manager right away, explained the situation, and asked for a refund. I’m still waiting for the refund to go through, which is disappointing considering the quality issue.
For the price Shake Shack charges, customers should receive food that is fresh, clean, and handled properly. I hope this location improves its quality control and food handling because this was not acceptable.

My first experience was amazing, food fresh, succulent, juicy. From chicken nuggets, to sandwiches, fries and shakes. They do it right and are far superior to fast food. The building is clean inside and out well taken care of which says a lot about how they care about their store, food, and customers. For a few dollars more you can trade that for great QUALITY and outstanding professional Customer Support and Service!! I will continue to be a Shake Shacker for Life!
Here is my story: I ordered an order off of Uber eats that was over $70 the delivery driver that came did not speak one word of english. He didn’t have my drinks on him I asked to search the bag to make sure everything was in the bag. He said “NO” refused to give me the bag and he just walked away without saying a word. Canceling my order making it ineligible for refund. I called in to shake shack they tried to help me get this situation resolved with Uber eats with, with no avail. Brian and Ben the managers said after everything, if I was willing to drive that they would replace the food at no charge. I am on a budget and can only eat like this once a month. I was devastated. They went above and beyond to fix SOMEONE ELSE’S WRONG. I am so grateful for them. This is the standard of customer service every company should strive for. Thank you Shake Shack. You have rock star employees!!

Great fast food place. When we went last, I ordered a double, but only received a single. They immediately fixed it for me, I maybe waited 5-10 mins. I then saw the manager pull the cooks together to remind them to read the order, but did it in a respectful way rather than being rude. Great leadership there.
I gave 4 stars for atmosphere cause it’s nothing special and there was a bit of trash laying around, but they were busy.

This restaurant was okay. For four items we spent about$50 which my wife and I thought was a little pricey for what we received. The lettuce on the burger my wife received tasted like it was straight from the garden without being washed. My burger was okay I wouldn’t ever spend that much money for what I received. The bacon was not, I would say, edible and I had to remove it from my sandwich. Honestly the french fries looked and tasted like they came out of a freezer bag, not like they were fresh, more like grade School french fries made by the lunch ladies. Honestly I am extremely disappointed because i was looking forward to a outstanding and great meal and night to share with my wife on a date night and I didn’t come through… Needless to say Ive been in the doghouse, for quite a while for this one. Not only just because of the food quality or lack thereof but because of the amount of money I spent on it. Yes, Honestly, I am scared and terrified for the payback I’m going to I know receive from my wife for this debacle.

My friend and I came here for the first time and ordered from the limited time Korean BBQ menu….the chicken sandwich and the burger SLAP! I got the specialty chocolate shake, also a total BOP! Little pricey but what isn’t these days? The cashier was friendly and patient while my friend and I stood under the menu overhead line idiots trying to decide what to get….we ordered to-go and our food was brought out fast and well packaged.

Chicken sandwich is TOP NOTCH! Fries and onion rings were great. The wife had a burger. The only thing that would have improved it was a double instead of a single as the patties are fairly thin.
