Unique menu. I had a stuffed shroom burger, o-rings, Korean spice cheese Fries, and a hot dog. They have a lot of fancy drinks and shakes. Food was prepared perfectly and fresh. It felt a little heavy on me after I ate. Gonna go back.

Another flop, sadly this is the second time picking up food here and once again, our order was messed up. Paid toppings missed on soggy burgers, cold fries, no interest to finish the meal I really like this burger place but I’m not sure what is happening at the Goodyear location, we spent nearly $50, so frustrating!! We will continue to eat at Shake Shack but make the longer drive to the Avondale location which is fantastic. Stay away from Goodyear location.

Ok Fellow Good Food Finders!!
My kids and I went to try out the new Shake Shack in Goodyear this week. Solid 3. We went Tuesday at 1pm. Walked in, No one greeted us and there were two people standing at the registers talking to each other. We ordered from the Kiosk. Easy to use and there was no line and only one couple ordering at the same time. We picked a booth to sit and wait for our food. Watch one worker who didn’t look happy, walk back and forth a couple times. Our food finally came out (normal time to wait 7-10min). We ordered two Smokehouse BBQ Cheese burgers a Shack Burger, fired pickles, fountain drink and a Cookies and cream shake and it was over $50. So aside from the $13 burger ( NO COMBOs AVAILABLE!!) They were good but not that good. Pickles were super chewy and didn’t taste good. The shake was yummy but what shake wouldn’t be?? $6 ? Nothing to bring us back.

Got a double cheeseburger and a 6 piece chicken bite meal at drive thru. Only took about 7-10 min. Paid $42.
Girl on the mic had a very hard time taking my order, but she may be new. Asked “single or double” for the chicken bites lol. Everything came correct at least. Burger was definitely very pink, and very small compared to Culvers. Not a fan of raw burgers. Chicken was fine. Definitely won’t be back though. I’ll pay 40 at culvers and get two meals, a custard and a cheese curd.

I went to the recently opened Shake Shak in Goodyear. My wife ordered a basic cheeseburger, an order of crinkle fries and a cookies and cream shake, I ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon, lettuce, tomato and pickle, I also ordered a order of fries and a chocolate shake. To me the burger was very much like a double bacon cheeseburger from Wendy’s which is fine with me because I enjoy their burgers. My wife stated that her burger reminder her of the 5 Guys burger. The burgers were very good. (see the pictures) The fries were basic fries, nothing special. The shakes were pretty good, and at $5-$6 per, they should be. The total cost for this meal was $43.50. A very steep price for burgers, fries and shakes in my opinion. The atmosphere was very good, the staff was friendly and our food was delivered to our table in a very reasonable amount of time. This restaurant just opened and it seemed as though the staff was well trained and maybe because they just opened there is a reason why there was no soda available at all. I was told that they were completely out. Overall the meal was very good, although I think it was very expensive for what you get. I will go back, but won’t go there often.

this got me sick i ate one with it tasting really strange, i opened up the second one and it looked like this. i got a stomach virus for 3 full days. missed work. couldnt eat. couldnt sleep. threw up every 1-2 hours. is this lab grown meat?

We ordered food online and they couldn’t find our order when we arrived to pick it up. After 20 minutes they found it sitting by the drive through window. They didn’t offer to remake it. It was cold by the time we got home 5 minutes away. The hamburger patty and bacon were barely cooked. It was $80 for 4 people. I left a message with the manager but never heard back.

About 20 minutes later a girl came out with our order, no smile, no greeting. Put the tray down, grabbed the table market and walked away. The fries were burned, burgers just ok, 50/50 drink was good.
$43+ just to be disappointed.
It did spark a fun conversation about all the other places we could have eaten instead.

Ordered from here a couple of nights ago tried to get refund for raw meat in burger have been trying to get a hold of management.
Usually don’t care to leave review but meat was raw completely uncooked we didn’t eat it because was scared to get sick. Requesting refund for meal because it was so raw 🙁

Not worth the price, food was very salty and didn’t taste fresh even though we dined in and waited for our food to be prepared. The cheese sauce on the fries hardened almost immediately, the sauces were nothing exciting. The server didn’t bring one of our sandwiches and when I went to ask for it, she just kinda giggled and said oh did I forget your sandwich and went about her business while someone else had to help me. Pretty disappointing since this was our first time here and have no desire to return.
