We had a really nice time at Shake Shack in the food court. The avocado bacon burger was delish — super fresh with creamy avocado and a juicy patty. I also tried the Oreo milkshake, and it was just the right amount of sweet. Perfect combo for a quick and tasty bite! The fries were crunchy to bite.

Super friendly staff. The manager was very accommodating. As my Son has an allergy and she went the extra mile to ensure he didn’t have an issue with cross contamination. Food n drinks were very yummy in a super chill environment.

I haven’t had Shake Shack in awhile. I got a cheeseburger, the black truffle fries, and the strawberry peach tea.
The cheeseburger was as good as I remembered, so I was happy about that.
Never had the strawberry peach tea before. It was fruity and sweet. Good for a hot day. Might be too sweet for some people and not sweet enough for others.
The black truffle sauce is served on the side, not on top of the fries. I’m glad though because it’s a pretty strong sauce. I lightly dipped my fries in, and that was good enough. The fries were crunchy, not soggy. I probably wouldn’t get the truffle fries again, but it was fun to try.
All in all it was a good visit. Pretty happy with my experience there.

Damn!! These burgers are delicious! Definitely eat here if you’re at the galleria. The fries are good too. Food is expensive like every other place but this is the place to eat at in the galleria mall.

The food was honestly pretty good but for the price you’re paying isn’t worth it at all, $12 for a single burger(not double) with no fries is absolutely absurd especially when it’s smaller than a McDonald’s quarter pounder. On top of this the lady working at the front completely ignored customers waiting for there order to be taken and messed up our order and took no initiative to get us the order we had already paid for and waited 30 minutes for back to us as fast as possible causing us to wait even longer, I’ve worked in fast food and customers always come first especially when you mess up there order.

This is the second time I order at this location. Well the food is good at always. I ordered two fires and one shack burger. Fresh as always and even there was a long line, they gave out food fast. The gentleman helped me today gave excellent customer service and he was always care about if people are waiting too long to get their food. I asked his name and I believe is Dennis. If I got it wrong, please correct me. But anyway, I will definitely stop by again especially if he will serve my order! So much joy and fun! Highly recommended!

Quick and easy ordering process at this location. Super popular within the mall, so the line may be a bit long, but it is worth the wait. The food is amazing and the staff are very friendly and patient.

My first time at any Shake Shack, it was just as good as I expected. I ordered the Shake Stack burger and some cheese fries, and my daughter grabbed the Golden State double burger with the black & white shake and an Abita Rootbeer. Omg – yum! It’s just delicious. We all left happy and with full bellies. (:

Definitely worth the wait!! OMG I love the Chicken Bacon Avocado Sandwich, the chicken is cooked in this light and fluffy batter and is so juicy, I wish there was one of these restaurants outside of the Mall so you didnt have to go to the Mall to enjoy a nice meal. But definitely worth the wait!

Staff does something shady with food delivery. Today while trying to get a rather big order was told that somebody picked it up already. So I cancelled it. Later got a message that I took it and never delivered. I would like management of this establishment to figure out what’s going on in their restaurant. This is not acceptable. Order was on October 23 7-15 pm.
