Amazing location. The service was awesome. Came 3 days in a row. Got lettuce wrap burgers. Best burger around and got the k shake chicken bites. Everything is awesome. We love it. Pranshu, Tahj, Rachel, manny, Ashley, and karkthik best workers ever. Had to get all their names. This is an elite store.

Today felt like Shake Shack and dropped by for lunch. Beef burger no mayo although asked for it, not juicy enough. Chicken burger fine. Fries good.

The service was incredible, such a clean establishment bathrooms were clean food came out promptly which is a lot for me cause I work on the road and only get so much time to take my break. The lady at the register was a sweet heart so smiley and nice will come back her name was Jennifer she happened to also be the manager here.
Ps. Shake shack you need more people like Jennifer for your corporation/franchise .

Me and my husband was there yesterday and I ordered for the Korean Fries and I love it but my husband didn’t. So when the guy in the cashier asked him how was the fries he said he didn’t like so he gave him a regular fries and that made him so happy. I wish I have gotten the guys name but THANK YOU! Small things like this really made our day!! We

Shake shack is good no matter where you go. The burgers are excellent, if you like the smashed Burger sort of thing. It’s wonderful if you love a greasy and beefy tasting burger. The location here is like most of the others, clean and well kept. The service is just as you expect any other shake shack, which is fast food that takes longer to prepare.

I placed my order through the newly downloaded Shake Shack app, opting for their famous ShackBurger, fries, and a milkshake, vanilla & chocolate shake. It should be noted that they do not offer any “value meals” as the fries come separately. Once you place your order, the app tells you exactly when to expect it. If you order via the in-store kiosk, you have the option to dine in or take out, but the app only allows takeout.
The ShackBurger was good. It came loaded with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and a delicious sauce, all sandwiched in a potato bun. The Shack burger was odd because the meat was warm, but the bun was a little cold. I didn’t care for the fries because they were not as warm as I would have liked. The star of the meal was their milkshake; it was incredibly thick, so much so that I had to grab a spoon because it was nearly impossible to drink through a straw. Rich, creamy, and indulgent, it was the perfect treat.
Madison, a friendly employee, was busy delivering orders and opening doors for customers. Other staff members also kept busy, wiping down tables after customers left to ensure everything was neat and clean.

Not sure what’s recently happened with this place but the burgers are raw, watery and soggy. The fries are old and dry. I spent $19 on a #1 meal and it tasted horrible ! Raw wet meat and tasteless old fries . Do better to not serve undercooked or old food

I would rather support local businesses where the burgers are bigger, the fries don’t come from a frozen bag, and I don’t need to spend a fortune to get a good meal.

the cashier Brianna was very nice and staff was happy and helpful. Very knowledgeable and made a really good milkshake. They also took care of our puppy Harvey with his own water bowl and a treat bone! Thank you! Food was perfect.

Walked in 545 on Sunday dec 7 .. wasn’t greeted ..no line but cashier was looking down at her phone. . She finally looked up and was surprised to see me standing there. After repeating that I was eating in and pay by credit card several times..I ordered.. I sat down and a few minutes later I saw an order placed on the counter..
After a few minutes, I got up to check if that was mine. She said yes. ,. A short line had started to form , which would not have happened if she wasn’t on the phone’ in the first place. As I sat down to be my now cold meal. I noticed I did not have a straw for my drink , I had to wait a few more minutes for that. Making my dinner even colder..
I was asked by the customer service owner to send them a copy of my review, and I did 40 days ago .naturally no response
Then they asked me once again to send a copy of the receipt and what time I was there, and heard nothing from them
