This place was amazing, top tier. The food was served in 12 minutes, which was quick and they gave my partner a free refill on their drink. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with onions and shack sauce. paired up with a side of cheese fries, my partner ordered a shack burger w crispy onions and they had a side of cheese fries. Me and my partner both equally enjoyed the food, there was also handicapped parking and they gave us the bathroom code without asking us if we were paying customers. I recommend not only the location to people but also the things we ordered! Keep it up shake shack!

I can say I have never been to a terrible shake shack. I got my regular chicken nuggets and French fries. As I love it from shake shack and it was delicious consistent across the board. The wait time was a little annoying. It was about fifteen minutes and it wasn’t busy, but it was properly mobile ? If you’re with somebody, the wait time wouldn’t affect you.

I can safely say I’ve never been to a bad Shake Shack since I first began going to the franchise 8 years ago. It’s one of the more pricier burger joints but it’s definitely worth it’s money in service, quality and overall vibe. I can always come around to any location and expect high shelf service and it’s no exception over to where I went. Best Smashburgers in the game, nice tender chicken with the right amount of crisp, fries that could possibly beat out McDonald’s in the taste test and nobody is touching the shakes because they own that department. It’s just comforting that no matter which location you go to, the service is gonna be as consistent and precise, as well as the food being incredible.

One of my favorite spots of this chain in the city — Shake Shack! I come here often and love trying different burgers or my all-time favorite milkshakes. The Cookies flavor is absolutely the best (sorry, Oreo fans!). I’ve already made all my friends fall in love with it too. Everything here is always clean, quick, and delicious. The team is super friendly — if you don’t understand something or feel like you’ve been waiting too long, they’ll always explain and help with a smile. Thank you, guys! You’re amazing — I’ll definitely be back!

They don’t alert you when your food is ready. I came in a week ago and stood at the pickup for ten minutes only to realize my food was already sitting there. Okay my fault I should have gave my name, but at the same time the worker should have asked my name if he knew the orders were coming out fast. But he did apologize which was cool. So I came in again a few days later and gave my name to both workers to insure I get it hot but they never called me. After 20 minutes I asked if my food was going to be finished soon and they said yeah it’s right here but it was cold and the ice was melted! So frustrating, other burger spots give you your food when it’s ready.

First time trying this location and I have to say that the service was good. The lemonade was good. The fries were a bit choppy meaning there there were a lot of small pieces of fires. My wife chicken burger was a bit cold.

After a long haul flight from JFK, I stopped by shake shack here for a quick bite. Really happy that they close at 1am, super accommodating. Staffs are super super nice and friendly. The place is spacious and tidy. The food is great as usual.

I prefer the Jamaica location but was in the area and ordered on the app. They didn’t put the side of cheese for my fries in the bag but they put two honey mustard and two shack sauces. Just shows the employees don’t care what they give you. The food was stale, chicken was really greasy. I would request a refund but i can’t reach anyone in the managers office over the phone. I will probably have to go through my bank. I won’t order from this location again.

This is my ‘home’ Shake Shack and for me quite literally the best. Whenever I go to any other shake shack in the city or in Long Island I hold them to the standards of this specific establishment.
