Service was INCREDIBLY good. The food was amazing, as well. However, the setup is less inviting than other Shake Shack locations, ie the tables and layout. Switching to the more stable wooden tables like the other locations could improve the esthetic.

The food was delicious but the staff were so rude and unprofessional, the place was not clean at all. I noticed They guy that should be cleaning is just watching the sodas fountain he was super rude when he saw a kid filling a cup of soda from the fountain he just dipped his finger in it and spilled it to the drain and cursing, he could’ve just warned him and let him go it’s just a cup of soda cost maybe a dollar or less PLUS if they don’t want anyone to refill or sneak drink, they should keep the fountain behind the register! Very unprofessional and unhygienic. I will Never visit this location again.

The place was clean and quiet, not very crowded at the time. The ordering process was simple, and the service was quick. Staff found to be welcoming and friendly. They have ample indoor and outdoor seating arrangements. Their burgers, fries, drinks, and shakes are popular. But, the items appeared to be a bit overpriced.

Ordered via app and when we got there (10mins), our order was ready. A very friendly and kind staff, Jon, greeted us and happily handed us our order. We went for the double shack BOGO and the $1 large fountain drink. The quality of the burger is always exceptional, even better with the BOGO promotion. The vibe and atmosphere provided by the staff made us feel welcomed. Much better experience this time compared to out orevious visits at this location!

The food was great, nice fries. The service was not good, the guy that delivered our food to the table had a bad attitude, didn’t even look into our eyes. When I asked for straws (because they didn’t put on my tray) he rolled his eyes and gave me one.

Very good shake shack experience! Food was even brought to the table. Compared to other shake shack restaurants the burger was extremely crispy and well salted. Korean bbq options are also very tasty!

Great quick meal after walking to Snug Harbour and back from the ferry, and really friendly service and table service 🙂
If this is the standard on every day would strongly recommend as whilst fast food is ok getting with a smile, well prepared and tasty is spot on
Was a smidge loud but as sometimes happens it turns out one or two particular parties were driving the overall noise levels up, testament to which was it dropping a few decibels when they left

This place was clean, staff awesome very friendly.
Burgers come in small and double, small was very good.
The place was packed I guess because at the time was chilly outside. Out side you have seating too.
Avocado burger it’s very nice.

Ok I have tried a shroom burger and loved it… And ever since I have tried it in Washington I always looked forward to getting it if they had it on the menue, but here it was not good at all. It was smaller in size and had an aftertaste that was not pleasant. My and my husbands stomachs hurted afterwards. The atmosphere is nice, lots of open space. One of the bathrooms was clogged and lots of people were waiting to use the other one.
