So excited they are open! Went on 2/22/26 and got my food in 15 minutes. I was very impressed on how fast the service is. Staff works hard!
I would keep in mind the parking situation because it could get super packed in peak times and they share a Parking lot with Chase bank and Wingstop.

Grand opening day brought long lines, but it was absolutely worth the wait. The team was friendly, the energy was high, and the whole place was buzzing with excitement. I had visited a location in California before and loved it, so it’s great to have one here now. As a local Realtor, I enjoy sharing my favorite Greater Lansing spots with clients, and this one is definitely making the list. Big kudos to the hardworking staff who made the experience so enjoyable!

Loved it! Opening day was busy but the staff handled it so well! Wait times weren’t nearly as long as you’d think they’d be. Food was amazing, it was much cheaper than I thought it would be! Staff was so kind and it was such a fun atmosphere! Definitely will return!

Came at a busy time (just opened so everytime is busy I bet). Food came out hot and was delicious. Ive eaten at these before and never had the chicken sandwich and it was actually quite delicious. Strawberry shake was also good. Give them a little bit to calm down but id go back again for sure!

This was my first time trying Shake Shack and I loved it! I got a chocolate shake, shack burger, and fries. I have a personal ranking of all the chocolate shakes in the area and this took the #1 spot on my list, which says a lot. The burger was fantastic, I love a good smash burger and I loved the potato bun it comes on. I also like that it has leaf lettuce instead of shredded. The service was great considering they literally just opened, and everyone was so friendly. I’m planning on going back soon to try some of the other menu items like the onion rings and their chicken sandwich, and some of the other burgers. Would highly recommend and I will be returning!

I went after 1 o’clock to try and miss the lunch rush still waited 40 min. I ordered a double cheese burger and onion rings and a drink for $18 which is crazy because the burger is pretty small tbh, tasted good just small and there was only like 6 onion rings needless to say spent 18 bucks and it didn’t even fill me up
