Had trouble getting them to understand my order at the speaker. Shroom burger was burnt. They didn’t greet me at the window and when my food was ready they pretty much dropped it in my car window and walked away. Not my normal experience at this location. Over $18 after tax for the meal it would be nice for good customer service and a nice sandwich.

We waited 20 minutes in the drive through. When we got home our burgers were raw! Not pink but raw. They are always slow with service. And out of milkshakes. The service is always horrible. Next time I would offer my kids nasty McDonald’s over this any day.

Splurged a little a treated myself to this delivered by Uber Eats. The courier did great an arrived promptly. All in one bag including fries and shake. Cheese fries were gold and shake was melted, didn’t even finish it. Chicken burger was okay. Also no straw for a place called shake shack is egregious.

I had a fantastic experience at Shake Shack in Dublin at the Sun Center. With a convenient drive-thru and outdoor seating, it’s easy to enjoy a meal however you prefer. Ordering is seamless—you can place your order at the counter with a cashier or use the self-order kiosks.
The variety of burgers is impressive, and everything is fresh and flavorful. The Truffle Burger was especially delicious! I also tried their lemonade and Thai iced tea, both were refreshing and full of flavor.
The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, with sanitizing wipes available, which is a thoughtful touch. The staff was friendly and welcoming, adding to the great atmosphere.

Overall, a great spot for tasty food and a pleasant dining experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Drive-thru lunch, first time trying Shake Shack. Wanted a shake but they only have 1 size and it’s almost $7 so I opted for a small blood orange lemonade which was interesting (they were out of sunset lemonade). I got the smoke shack burger (cheeseburger with bacon, chopped cherry peppers, and a spicy mayo). The bun would be a lot better warm but was served cool so it threw off the experience. The burger itself was good, the cheese was melted – a must, but the bacon was not well cooked. I can’t stand white stringy fat on bacon on a burger, yuck, so that had to come off. The chopped cherry peppers were actually really good and the spicy mayo added a nice flavor blend, but there was TOO much of it. I used 4 napkins to get it off my hands before abandoning the top bun. To round out the meal I got regular fries, and for $4 they were decent fries but dang – $4 for crinkle cut fries. The burger and fries were served in super cute brown food boxes, that’s probably why the whole meal cost almost $16. Would I go back? If friends wanted to meet there for lunch, sure. By my own volition, no.

I’ve been eyeing this location ever since it opened but had yet to stop by and try out the food. I saw the Korean inspired menu and finally decided to give them a try…….I regret that decision. Ordered the chicken and beef Korean sandwiches. The chicken sandwich fell apart and honestly was not good at all. The beef burger had no distinctive thing that screamed Korean burger to me. They both were a huge fail that ended up in the trash.There was also no hint of heat to it either burger. I waited at the drive thru speaker for going on 10 mins before they took my order (it was not busy-only 2 cars ahead of me). Left with having to order pizza since these were a FAIL. Due to overall experience, I have no desire to try this place out again.

Got there when it opened so no waiting. But the prices are a little high for fast food. You order at a kiosk and take a number and sit down and they bring it to you. I ordered the burger and parmesan fries and drink and then the banana pudding shake and so it was over $25. The burger was great but a little salty and the fries were a lot salty. The shake was amazing but I couldn’t drink it all. I was stuffed.
