I’m really glad I gave this California favorite another try. My first visit was a bit hit-or-miss, but the second time around completely won me over. The cheese fries were incredible—rich, flavorful, and something I’d happily order again without hesitation. The atmosphere has a fun, laid-back vibe, and the staff made the experience even better with their friendly, easygoing energy. It’s the kind of place that feels welcoming and memorable, and I left genuinely happy I stopped by again. Cheers to second chances!

Great place to eat hamburgers. Its location is great and the flavor of the patty is just amazing. I was delighted.
Fries were good but not worth the hype I saw before coming.
Server was not that kind when I asked for ketchup after she brought the food. Only downside.
100% recommended.

The burger is REALLY GOOD but the only thing is that the portions are SO SMALL compared to other restaurants. You can get a Double Double($6) from In N Out for cheaper than the ShakeShack original burger($8) and its WAY bigger too. But besides that it’s pretty good, workers were really nice and the place was clean.

Came in on 12/13/25 about 20:00, the staff was really friendly and food was made fresh. The burger didn’t have any taste to it whatsoever and the fries weren’t any better. Not even a pinch of salt. My strawberry lemonade with raspberry boba had no taste! It literally taste like water!!!! First and last visit to this location.

Service was great. You’re welcomed by friendly staff once you enter and they are kind. Atmosphere is pleasant. Staff remains active keeping the space clean. I ordered a shack burger and I think it needed more flavor. Maybe I didn’t order their best burger? 1st time here.

10 out of 10 stars. The food was great and I ended up leaving full.
They take cash and have a cashless kiosk as well.

I loved the food!! The service was great and Stephanie C. was super sweet. It’s not too expensive either, especially not considering I’m a student. Overall a great place to eat out at.

Not a bad burger, but not sure what all the hype is about. For the money I would rather have a Whataburger. I will say the service was good and they did seem to really care. This was also downtown LA so that did weigh on the review. Sorry but Cali sucks.

So very happy I was able to taste this California delight. The first set of pictures, my burger felt like it was injected with a salt burst in the burger patty but I’m glad I visited again. The cheese fries are amazing and I’d buy them again in a heartbeat. Cool atmosphere and even cooler staff. Cheers!

I’ll put aside the paradox of Shake Shack, in that it’s quite delicious, but eye-wateringly overpriced. That being said, this location is surprisingly clean and well maintained, given its location in the heart of a downtown area. They encourage ordering at the digital kiosks or via their app, but the staff is still approachable if you need anything. This last time I came the burger was great, the fries were well done (at my request) to perfection, and it was overall a pleasant lunch stop.
