Ordering was very easy on their self order screen, service was great and hot dogs were excellent. I love that they split them and then grill them. The fries were good but I’ve never been too fond of crinkle cut but they were fresh, just a little too much salt added.
We were there at 1:15 and the place got packed with students ordering lunch.
Overall the place was clean but quite a few tables hadn’t been cleaned between diners, the women’s room was clean which is a for me.
All in all if you’re looking for a quick meal and still a little in expensive checkout this place, maybe when kids are in school.
Great tasting food and shakes.
Excellent service and an app that makes ordering so simple!
Steps from the garage, it is a perfect spot to pick up a delicious meal.
Whether you take your food to go or dine in, you’re on for a treat.
I’ll be back for sure.
Located in the heart of the vibrant One Paseo Plaza, Shake Shack perfectly blends into the chic, upscale environment. The restaurant’s design complements the rest of the plaza with its white walls, red brick accents, and eye-catching wall art. The greenery at the entrance adds a refreshing touch, making the outdoor seating area particularly enjoyable. Dining outside allows you to soak in the lively atmosphere of the plaza, while inside you can catch some sports action on the TVs—I happened to catch an NHL hockey game while there.
As a higher-end fast-casual chain, Shake Shack feels right at home in this setting. I tried their seasonal special: the Double Black Truffle Burger ($13.99). The two beef patties, layered with cheese and topped with crispy shallots, were delicious, though I felt they could have been more generous with the truffle sauce.
The Parmesan Fries with Truffle ($5.99) were the highlight for me. They came with a generous portion of truffle sauce, which was so good that I saved some to use with other meals later!
All in all, a great spot for both food and ambiance, especially if you’re a fan of truffle flavors. Highly recommended for a premium burger experience in a beautiful plaza setting.
I gave extra points for service as the person taking my order was helpful and the Woman stocking napkins, etc was amazing—I approached to let her know there’s no hand soap in the Women’s bathroom and she thanked me for alerting her and immediately stopped stocking and grabbed the hand soap refill and in minutes took care of the need. Give that woman a raise!
I had the regular Shack Burger, regular Fries and a specialty drink, the Lime Agave Lemonade. Fries were crispy and tasty but the drink was unpleasantly weird. To mimic a Margarita drink without alcohol they add a lot of salt and a whiff of jalapeno. Totally not something I enjoyed but that’s a matter of taste. It really needs Tequila to work. I’ll def try their regular lemonade or a milkshake next time.
It’s a spacious and attractive place set in a very pretty shopping mall called One Paseo. Staff was friendly and efficient though the tables could have been cleaned a little more frequently. There are lots of outdoor seating spaces scattered about One Paseo and Shake Shack has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating within their own establishment. One minor complaint: no posted menu on premises. You need to order from a station or online to see offerings and prices. Slightly precious. Convenient free parking is available in multiple garage buildings. It’s a real pleasure to visit and even more so when you savor one of the most delicious burgers anywhere around.
Much more affordable than the other upscale burger spots too.
Not at all busy as I was I during their soft opening.
Love the easy kiosk ordering.
App works well too and it’s ready when you arrive.
